I got off of work at 11:18 pm placed a order online. Drove 1 min down the street to sit at the speaker box for 10 mins and no one answer. I pulled around to the window and waited 10 mins before I seen someone walking by. I tapped on the glass. She held up her finger for me to wait.. I am currently still in the drive thru with a order I placed and paid for online and no one will acknowledge me... Corporate needs evaluate this wendy's and ensure that they do better. This is UNACCEPTABLE

Drive thru is usually full during the regular rush hours and sometimes this would make me reconsider my choice to eat at a restaurant, but not at this location. The food here has always been fresh and made correctly. The staff is always smiling and ready to acknowledge my presence, whether in person or over the intercom. The interior is always spotless and the outside lots are very clean compared to surrounding competitors lots. The only suggestion I have is to make the drive thru larger to serve the rush hour traffic better. One of the best fast food spots in town.

The servic was good but we whatchted one of the kitchen staff make food without wearing gloves and then when we asked to have the food remade with her wearing gloves she got a massive attitude about it for us making sure she is following the law and keeping our food out of her nasty hands

Hadn't had Wendy's for a while and was really in the mood for one of their salads and a chocolate frosty. As usual, they did not disappoint.

Ordered a chili couldn't be bothered for spoon I reckon.
3 hrs after I got to My destination and got a spoon was able to reheat it was good..
Been better if I could of gotten a spoon with MY ORDER

While the food here is excellent, the staff is very overworked and stressed due to having to few employees.
