Chile Rojo

I have zero complaints. The service was great, the food was hot upon arrival and decor is amazing. I've eaten here once before before a show and enjoyed it. This time was much better as I ordered more food. My son loved the food and outside decor. If anything, I'm used to a certain table salsa taste. While this was not bad, it has almost a grocery store taste even though it was homemade. The green salsa is homemade and has a terrific taste and not too spicy for those that don't like heat.

I was in town visiting family, and I wanted to get Margaritas and Mexican food. My brother said that this place has the Best Margaritas in town. I have to say he is not wrong had a couple of different margaritas, and they were all good. The service was excellent. We had around 12 People. They took care of us like we were Rocks stars and the food was outstanding. all and all I had a very positive experience coming here. great food.

Fantastic service! Great prices! Good Food! Margaritas are a no go! Went two nights in a row as we stayed in the hotel across the street. First night had a sweet young lady as a waitress. Food and service was awesome. My husband ordered a margarita which was awful. I ordered a specialty drink which was amazing. Second evening we went for dessert and drinks. Bryan was our server. Super nice young man. Desserts were fantastic drinks were not. My husband tried another margarita and it was terrible. After I ordered like 3 drinks that weren't available I finally got a drink 20 minutes later but it was awful.

My wife and I have been here several times and enjoy the food but the service has taken a serious nosedive over the past year. There is one waiter in particular who has forgotten to bring us our guacamole twice now but didn't forget to charge us. He has also gotten my order wrong on at least one occasion. About a month ago we were sitting at our table and a roach crawled up on the wall beside us. I killed it with a napkin and didn't say anything to the waitress but she must have seen me because she sent the manager over. He gave us our drinks and appetizer for free which was nice. Last night, we were going to call in an order for pickup and the girl picked up the phone and asked if we could hold a minute and I said sure. She put the phone down and proceeded to check people out for the next 8 minutes. I could hear her in the background. When we got to the drive through window I explained this to the manager and he kept interrupting me and told me to calm down when I was completely calm. I was just trying to tell him about an action of his employee that needed correcting. This is our favorite Mexican place in Mt. Airy and I hope the service starts back in the right direction but another couple of times like this and I'll find another place.
