Wow! Cracker Barrel is definitely upping their food game! We did have a little wait time, but the food was brought out in a timely manner, and the server was simply great at her job! This is the hash brown casserole! Its hash brown casserole, topped with two scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, bacon and fried onions. It was a sizable portion, that included biscuits on the side. I will definitely be having this meal again.

There was no soap in women's restroom. Told employee and was told "I haven't used it since I arrived". I had to ask for manager to get soap. I ordered breakfasts around 8:00 PM. The bacon had been fried in deep fryer. There is a big difference in deep frying and frying on grill. I feel that I that there should be no difference in service I receive at 8 am and 8 pm. Will have to think twice before coming back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had a large party of 14 for lunch and they were very helpful and quick in getting us a large table section together. The servers were extremely nice! The food was brought out quickly and was excellent.

Food was great! However waitress was awful very rude, I ask for refill on soda she said she would get it. I waited over 10 minutes and finally got up and went to get it myself, when I returned she had brought one finally!! She came and ask if we needed anything, I told her no I had just needed my drink, she replied with attitude " I didn't realize you were that important, II AM BUSY" my mother that was with my ask for to go box, the whole time Marissa had attitude i ask her name and she just walked away, we got it from ticket. mom went and got own to go box and we left, Marissa ruin our whole meal Terrible experience

We waited for over an hour for a party of 9. Even when we were seated, the waitress messed up our drink orders, even though we all patiently went around the table in order. Then when it was time for our food to come out, 3 of us were missing items. Then when she "fixed" it, she still messed it up. Food was good though, service was just a complete disaster.

We went at a weird time, halfway between lunch and dinner. They were not busy but it took them 30 minutes to seat us and an hour after we ordered to bring our food out. They let us sit with empty glasses for long periods of time only refilling once and never came out to explain what the hold up was. There was some mix ups when the food arrived and my daughter's steak was burnt. The staff was friendly and my food was good. I normally love Cracker Barrel but they were off their game this day.
