I used the drive up. Very friendly and efficient persons. The speaker system at this Drive Up is fixed—a big deal when a person is trying to order without both customer and workers being frustrated. I had a special order; it was perfect. My fish fillet was excellent, and when I ordered the Add Lettuce option, they got that right on that I got a decent amount of lettuce. Finally, the fries were cooked! I’ve gone to McD in a fair amount of places where they’re practically raw. Nice parking lot. Way to go, McDonalds Mosinee!

Got there at 6:30pm and they already had the fryers cleaned up. Couldn’t get fries or any shakes. Mcchickens tasted like chemicals. Never know what time they’re closing so better call before you go. This McDonald’s has definitely gone down hill.

One star is a stretch. We have tired to get Shamrock shakes 3 times since they returned for the season. 1 time they ran out, then lied and said the machine was shut down at 6pm.. so dinner rush. People work till 6. The other two times they were working/cleaning that side of the machine.
Don’t advertise shakes if you can’t make them. Will be driving to Wausau for our shakes since Mosinee isn’t able to make them.

For a McD’s this is a decent small town destination. Their service is normally really good and the food is predictable. Early mornings can be quiet comical there; to hear the local “coffee club” argue about the current news, weather & political spin.

Closes at 6:45 and what’s really great is no matter who’s in line they just stop Acknowledging that people are there start changing and shutting off all the lights, so unprofessional I hope they close down. Never gets the orders right and gives out MOLDY BUNS!!

They only offer drive though service and the lines are long.

I understand being short staffed. Was in drive thru 20 minutes before leaving line and going elsewhere.
