Subway

From my personal experience... If you want to have a sub made the way you like it don't go to this subway. This is the second time now that my sub was made wrong and the manager is very rude about it when you call and say that it wasn't done properly. Tells me if I want a new sub I have to drive all the way back and give her the old sub or else everyone would be wanting free subs. What a joke! Maybe people would try to get free subs but this has happened a few times before and she still needs me to prove that I'm not lying about her making it wrong? Very rude people working there. I'll just drive to Wausau.

I've been placing orders on the subway app at this location...So I guess that means that the employees make the sub anyway they want. This is the second time in a row they made my sub wrong. Last time they put a weird sauce that I didn't order on my sub. This time I ordered a melt. They made it like a regular sub with the extra cheese. So basically all I was tasting was the unmelted cheese. I noticed this Subway doesn't like to make subs like other Subways (dont use subway guidelines). Ill just have to drive to wausau from now on. Oh, and I called. The Employee stated that she made it with the right ingredients for a melt, but not cooked like a melt! What!!!! She said I could come back, what!!?? What a joke.

So this Subway was clean...thats the best I can say. We got there late, so they didn't have a lot of bread to choose from which is fine. That wasn't a bug deal, however. The 2 women working were rude, unprofessional, and very quiet. I can honestly say I don't think I have ever seen anyone from subway move so slow. It took almost 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. I was very disappointed, and I stop here everytime I travel through thus area and this was the worst experience yet.

It's pretty DISCUSTING that they have FLIES everywhere in there landing on sandwiches while they are making them and they NEVER close the glass to keep them off the food. I had to ask for new bread because FLIES landed on my sandwitch.....can u say health codes and low standards!! 🤢 they need get handle on this quick
