This Rosati's Pizza has excellent customer service. The regular pizza is a bit on the thin side, so order double dough double sausage. The deep dish is way better than average. Delivery is usually quick & always courteous. Rosati's would be more enjoyable if they had tables so you could eat in, but I don't think any Rosati's have that. All in all, very good.

We had Italian Beef sandwiches with sweet peppers on garlic bread with a side of au jus. It came with fries. It was the best Italian beef that I have ever had. I am a very big fan of Rosati's Pizza. I also enjoy the chicken parmagian with your choice of pasta and garlic bread on the side.

Whoever the person is working the phone is very rude! She called me regarding an online order that I placed using a coupon. She stated to use the coupon I need to call the store even though the coupon states a promo code to enter. She then told me that they will not let use this coupon online again. No worries, I will not order from you again because your customer service is awful!

Small place with big results. I've ordered here quite a few times now and the pizza was amazing every time. It's always hot and fresh!
Edit: My last two orders from here were disgusting. The last being actually inedible. I have no idea what happened or if it's just a delivery thing. I never had issues with pick up orders. Regardless they have now lost all future business from me and I suggest caution here.

Wasn't greeted or asked how i could be helped. Worker just stared at me till I told him I had a pick up. Italian beef was bland might had been better had they made it how i ordered it on the ticket with hot peppers. But regardless a good italian beef should be able to stand alone without peppers. Pizza is okay..nothing to write home about.

The workers are always very sweet and kind when we order from here. Even with customizations to orders I’ve never had an order wrong. Highly recommend for when you want to eat out for the night!
