Most of the time I love chili’s, but sometimes their food makes me nauseous.
I puked 5 times when I got home from eating here once. I also went another day and they completely forgot my mashed potatoes.

Prepare to wait 1-2 hours for your burger.
To crown it off, your order is usually wrong. Good luck arguing with the rude workers about it though.

The service was slow, the food was cold, the coupon that was advertised (free chips and salsa) didn't go through. The chips didn't seem fresh, despite that being what Chili's is known for. A lot of things we ordered or wanted, we had to remind the server to get. The chicken crispers were soggy and they're told to be spicy but they weren't, so pretty much the whole experience was a disappointment. I ordered the queso dip and it was pretty much delivered as a brick. We waited 20 minutes for the table just to get a really sad excuse for a dinner experience.
