The view is definitely the high point of taking in a meal here. Service was friendly and accommodating if a touch slow. The food is certainly good - not fantastic, but solid. My only real issue is the price, though it is probably to be expected given the location.
The best sunset view in Montauk, kind of quiet on a weeknight in September, except for the bartender, the staff and waitress were very friendly and attentive, the food was better than expected, no roaches!
Just had dinner here and I'm blown away with the breath taking views! Clams over linguine are the best I've ever had and the BBQ ribs were equally delicious. Do what you must, but don't miss this GEM!

Rustic Montauk bar/restaurant with possibly the best sunset view on the east end. Outdoor area w tables and chairs.
Amazing food and SUPER view! The Montauket restaurant has great seating, and usually the wait isn't that long.
