Domino's Pizza

I wish I would have received the name of the person working here on 5/5/2022 at 11:55am because they deserve some recognition! I had ordered a week in advance, but should have called to make sure my order went through, because it didn't. When I arrived on 5/5 the man had said my order was voided. I was a little disappointed and assumed the order wasn't going to happen as it was an order for a group of teachers for teacher appreciation. I had ordered 8 medium pizzas and 20 bottles of pop. He said he would make it happen, that it would take about 20 to 25 minutes, to which I accepted. There was another issue. He didn't have access to the coupons I used online. So he voided pizzas until my order was as cheap as I had it originally. He went right to work and 15 minutes later he brought to my car 8 pizzas and 20 bottles of pop. I was shocked at the speed and quality of service. I definitely won't hesitate to use this location again.

If the pizza didn't taste good, I would never order from here again. Probably the poorest service I have had from this location in a long time. Zero interaction from the staff, I barely got even looked at when I paid for my pizza. I understand the travails of working in fast-food, but definitely was surprised at how rude and uncaring they were.

This is absolutely the worst dominos in the history of dominos, be prepared to get lied to about your order status, whether or not they are actually open, and also your pizza arrives basically upside down. Don't do it, you should honestly choose starvation over this joke of a pizza delivery service. 0 out of 10 goldblums.

We have been living in Hopkins for the last 4 years and this place has been our To-Go or rather To-Get pizza place. Dominos has a thing for great customized pizzas and going online you can just throw in any number of veggies and different types of cheeses. This pizza location has great choice of pizzas too. We have been to this place couple of times for pickup and never have we had delays waiting for the pizza. One problem with the pizzas that get delivered is that they probably get it prepared on time but they don’t have someone to deliver it promptly or they combine the delivery orders together that the pizza ends up being cold. We have always put them into the microwave before we start eating. That’s something this Dominos could plan better. Nevertheless, they have great pizzas and are pretty good in honoring the online coupons that you find in sites like RetailMeNot.

Sure this review won’t do anything, but, Gf and I order a pizza from this location once a week. The last few times the delivery time has been longer and longer. This last time the order was placed at 11 and here I am at 1230 still waiting for the order. And on top of that none of the calls to the store go through. Shoutout to “Jakob” the “manager” on tonight according to the app lol

Ordered one medium 3 topping pizza at 7:54 and they said it would be delivered in 72-82 minutes, labor shortage I get it, no problem. At 8:18 the pizza was ready just waiting to be delivered, that's cool. 9:08 I see its still just sitting in the store so I gave them a call asking if it will be on the road soon. Dude tells me maybe soon but cant really give me a time frame. Now 9:19 pizza still not on the way. Don't even bother with this place I tipped 20% on top of delivery fee just to have my pizza sit under a warmer for at least an hour and counting Edit: Incredible. I finally got it at 10:01 but Its not even the right order. It was supposed to be sausage peperoni and extra cheese. The extra cheese is hard to determine but its definitely just sausage and no pepperoni. Absolutely last time I order here

I ordered online and went with delivery (usually go pick up) because I hurt my back and decided to splurge. Football Sunday, covid, staffing issues, totally understand. I knew it would probably take a while. So when my order was done cooking and sat in quality check for 25 minutes getting cold, you would think they would have caught the missing marinara dipping sauce. So when I discovered it, I tried to call to see if my driver had left the building yet hoping he might have an extra. Was disconnected 3 times due to them not answering at the store. Luke warm food with no dipping sauce and no one to talk to. If you can't get it together, why bother to open at all. Looks like I am not the only one having issues recently.
