I ordered a caramel cooler and it was a lukewarm iced coffee with whipped cream. Appropriate training is important as stopping for coffee at 6 bucks a pop and a tip is more of a luxury now that inflation & gas prices are high. The response from Caribou was colder than my drink. Manager Hannah could use some customer service training as well as a lean towards empathy when her responsibilities lie within ensuring employees know how to craft what is ordered.

It's always a great place to get good coffee the people who helped me were very professional ,I will go back there for coffee and snacks that are fresh you can't lose with this one. THANK YOU Caribou.

I love Caribou, but this location is horrible if you have computer work to do. Seating is limited as are the outlets for charging devices. Additionally, staff did not seem to know what coffee is being served when asked, and even after I placed my order for a medium roast; when they served it to me I asked to make sure it was my order and they did not know what they poured me...

The people were nice but the turtle mocha drink was to sweet I wish I would have known i would have told him to make it less sweet note taken i know now to ask before ordering that drink

We love the staff at this Caribou - super friendly but sometimes you order the same drink each time and it is different each time... Love the large table for groups and plenty of space if you need a quiet place to work.

Quick, friendly service coupled with tasty coffee. They had some really NICE local art on display that I haven't seen at other Caribous either. Awesome!
