Wendy's

I've had a problem that has lasted now about a month. The general manager has not established the time for me to meet to settle an issue where the cooks partially cooked my food, I was also overcharged for this lousy food. This particular Wendy's is in Plymouth near 394 in Minnesota. The general manager runs a Wendy's in Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn center, and this one in Plymouth obviously he cannot multitask The other managers do not have the ability to give me a refund or at least settle the matter, and the general manager is nowhere to be found I've come to that restaurant and they've locked the doors without a signage stating that they are short staffed. This happened to Saturdays ago. But every time I arrive there even when the manager confirms the time with me to be there to at least meet with him he doesn't show up. I suggest people not go to this particular Wendy's, because the management is (lousy). And the crew follows the (leadership of lousiness)

We had an awful experience at this Wendy's. The wait time was over 15 minutes, with only 2 other cars in line. They were rude during the interaction. Then when i paid, we were told the receipt printer doesn't work. The food was cold and gross. The order was wrong and missing 2 items. And we couldn't even go in to complain because the dining area was closed. So we tried the drive through again and waited 15-20 more minutes before giving up and leaving.

Getting one star since that’s the only way to leave a review. There around 9 pm mid week. We watched several people leave the long order line. Some even placed orders then fled. Once our order was placed it was about ten minutes to get order. Guy taking orders didn’t seem like he was paying attention. We confirmed our order several times. We got one wrong item. Breaded spicy chicken instead of the grilled for the Asiago sandwich. Fries? Very short. Looked like they used a kid sized box and I’m not sure they were thoroughly cooked. Wanted to order a cookie but it wasn’t worth keeping the order guy any longer. I’ve seen some bad fast food places lately. Normally I feel for them. But this seemed deliberate negligence of their job. Looks like it could be a busy place. Upper management should have been on sight. I realize staffing is an issue everywhere but there should have been more oversight. We will not be back to this restaurant. I’m not that hungry and don’t red to give them any more money.

So impressed with their courtesy on Sunday, May 15 around 1pm…so whoever the staff was kudos! The speaker was not working…they had a sign that said order at the window. There was a car the honked behind us in line and drove off upset only because he was not patient. He had seen the note. So know if you get complaints, that the guys working inside were clearly hustling and had a kind and gracious attitude.

Our visit was atrocious! We waited in the drive through area at least 10 minutes before we could even order our food. We had two frosties, but after one sip, we threw them away. It was not ice cream, rather lukewarm bubbly brown milk. We tried to get our money refunded, but the restaurant itself was closed, only the drive-thru was open. Unfortunately, the drive through was backed up and we did not want to waste another hour to get our money back. We are now, and will forever be, ex-Wendy's customers.
