Now I am not a review type of person but I am honestly so taken aback by this that I just had to write. I have received a drink with spoiled milk not on one but TWO separate occasions by the same barista. The first time I had a suspicion because it smelled & tasted off but I thought it might have been a problem with my order, so I kept it pushing. I have been here before with no problems with my drink but the two times I have had MERISA/MARISA/MARISA serve me, I have gotten two separate drinks smelling off with curdled milk at the top. So if come in and you see a barista by that name or similar here, I recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you are in the mood for some expired milk.

I normally don’t leave these kinds of reviews. But I was disappointed with my last (attempted) visit. And I say attempted because I ended up leaving. The two ladies working were chatting with customers, figuring out what the two girls ahead of me wanted. No biggie. But after the two girls ordered and paid, the ladies at the front just kept chatting with the two people in front of me. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Not even a hello. I stood there looking and hoping to make eye contact with one of the workers, but they just kinda kept doing their own thing. I get wanting to provide good customer service, but I also feel if there are other people in line, they should be taken care of too. I just ended up getting an iced coffee from the refrigerated section in target instead.

Two employees who are a little bit older have been there the last couple times I have gone. The first time they were cleaning for about 7 minutes until they even started helping the customer waiting in line. The second time I asked her what type of tea infusions they had and she told me she was having a tough day and did not want to have to go through all the different types. Lastly, if they can’t figure out how to ring in an order they just stand there and ask what the order is normally rang in as. Customer service and other skills are lacking and they need to prioritize the customers and positive experiences first. Very disappointed with my last few visits and have not been back for almost a month.
