Well, upon walking in I could see that most of the tables were in dire need of cleaning. I approached the counter and waited for service. There was a member spiralizing some zucchini and payed no attention to my presence. After about two minutes of waiting a staff member popped up from behind the counter and wiped his mouth as he was chewing food. He was hiding behind the counter eating! Who does this?! I should have left. I ordered my food and watched as he started to prep my meal. He didn’t wash his hands at all. I don’t know why I continued to stay. I guess I was that hungry. They need to get some things right around here in my opinion. I got my food and the noodles were not cooked through so I sent it back and left. My worst experience at one of my favorite food chains.

this place took 30 minutes to get my food ready, there was no forks nor bowls so they gave us plastic ones, i ordered Alfredo but they gave me buttered noodles, I asked for extra sauce but I never got it and my food ended up getting cold so i decided to eat my cold buttered noodles , there bowl placement area is completely filled up with bowls and trash! Also the tables are extremely messy as well as the floor too! There chicken is extremely chewy and the penne Rosa my friend ordered her sauce was extremely pasty and over cooked!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this great restaurant. Well it was a magnificent evening and the restaurant was clearly the reason for that strong gathering. The crew contributed in a gorgeous manner, the cooking was yummy and my buddies were so joyful. We shall surely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

I ordered a Med salad on 8-17-2020 for delivery and it was terrible. The lettuce was all wilted and brown. You could tell the onions and tomatoes were not fresh and came out of a refrigerator where they had been stored for quite some time and actually tasted like the yucky fridge. I was not given enough of the yogurt dressing either. The only reason for two stars was that I also got shrimp and that was good. I was looking forward to eating here and it was a big disappointment.

I ordered a regular size bowl of macaroni and cheese. They gave it to me in a small size and said it was the exact same amount as a regular size. Last time I checked the size of the container dictates the amount. If a regular size amount can fit into a small size container that does not say much for the regular size portion. The service was incredibly slow, the soda machine was overflowing, and I saw an employee just walk off and leave for his break while all that was going on. You can tell it is a store full of employees that just doesn't care.

This is the worst location of any Noodles we have been to. First they forgot the order we placed and we had to go up and ask for the meal. Secondly, the place was dirty. The garbage and used dish area was overflowing. Tables were not wiped off. Thirdly, the mac and cheese was served differently than other locations. The cheese was stringy and different in color. This is my granddaughter's favorite restaurant and she wouldn't eat their mac and cheese. It was a very unpleasant experience!
