This was my first time visiting this location. The staff was very rude and short with me. They laughed and raised their voice at me when I ordered a bagel. Apparently they were out of bagels and I was supposed to know that. My coffee also tasted like river water. I’m a loyal Caribou customer and have never had an experience like this before. I will not be returning to this location. Please be better. Treat people with kindness.

First of all the young lady with the blonde hair just gets me on another level LOL!
She is amazing! She knew I was struggling for real… The struggle was so real this Monday morning and she made my coffee perfectly with an extra shot! It was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. Give this girl a raise or I will steal her to work for me!!!!

Nothing like a hot cup of coffee and banana bread at Caribou coffee, it if cozy, it is nice. This place is very friendly and inviting. Great location for everyone and plenty of parking. I love it here, and the big table is awesome. Big windows allow you to just sit back and relax and enjoy the views, people walking by, cars whizzing and winds breezing through the pine trees.

The big lady work in this caribou have very bad attitude towards colorful people. She totally gave me eye when I order for cofee. She should treat all the customer equal and not discriminate base on their skin color.

Ordered the Maple Waffle sandwich and a smoothie this morning. I was surprised when I opened the sandwich and the waffle part of the sandwich was all soggy and falling apart. Looked like it was squished to try to get it to stay together and did not even resemble a waffle. I cannot believe they would serve it like that. I did not feel like waiting in line again to complain. The smoothie was very good though!
