Caribou Coffee

One time I came here and I ordered and as I was waiting for my drink I got a text message with some sad news. I tried to hide the fact that I was crying. When I went to get my drink, the employee handed me a ticket for a free drink and apologized and said he hoped my day went better. That gesture meant everything to me. I'll never forget that.

Whenever I go in to get coffee or a breakfast sandwich the workers there are always genuinely friendly and put a smile on my face with their trivia. I have never gotten the trivia correct but I have always felt happy to pay the full amount after playing. I really enjoy their worker bios on the wall too, they are fun to look at while you wait for your coffee! Whenever I pass the store there are always at least two customers in line so I imagine it's a busy job but they seem to always handle it well and keep up a good attitude. Caribou in general is not my favorite coffee chain, but this caribou is my favorite place to stop in to get coffee before work! Thanks for being so nice!

This is honestly the best caribou (IMO) downtown. The staff are super amazing (beyond your typical barista). I feel like at least Zach really makes an effort to remember names and faces, which is super duper nice, especially as a regular. That's what earned my loyalty in the first place, I went once, he took my perks, Thanked me then I went back like 3 weeks later and he greeted me by name. Now that I don't work next door anymore I will be going out of my way a lot in the future just for coffee xD Thanks for the amazing, fast and friendly service. ♡☕
