This place earned my respect last night. They made a slight error on my delivery last weekend and it was at closing time. I called the next day to let them know my order was flawed, they didn't argue or hesitate to credit me. Last night I ordered another pizza and asked to apply my credit. They had it noted in the system and didn't dispute anything. I went in to pick it up and they were professional and friendly. They were extremely busy, but never came off as overwhelmed or stressed. My pizza was delicious and I was very grateful for the service I received. I wish more people posted about really good experiences. This clearly was a great experience!
Not sure where all the hate is coming from but I feel like they’ve been doing great. I’ve been going in for pickup and my food is always Bomb! Everyone in there is friendly.
I’ve stopped here a number of times for carry out. It’s a convenient location between the airport and home. Today, I tried curbside delivery for the first time. It was slick - I simply replied to a text message when the tracker said my pizza was ready. Flipped my hazard lights on and within a minute the pizza was sliding through my car door window. With all the coupons offered, we’ll be enjoying a large pizza tonight for under five bucks. The only hard part is all the smells until I get home…
I came in to pick up a pizza, I noticed the workers were quickly moving around to help me. George, the worker assisting me, notified me there was a 30 mins wait time. They were experiencing technical difficulties with the ordering system. I wasn’t worried at all. Sure a small inconvenience, but I what am I supposed to do? Wait more faster? George, was so kind he rushed to find my order and after about 5 minutes of waiting the order came through. He said he would work on it right away. I appreciated his honesty and thoughtfulness. George, you a REAL ONE!
Years ago I was a fan of the “other” pizza chain. They moved out of my neighborhood so if I wanted “delivery”, I had to order from this Domino’s. To this day, I have enjoyed every single pizza, chicken sandwich, dessert - they have never disappointed me. Tonight’s pan pizza was hot, delicious and just how I ordered it. Try them. You won’t be disappointed either.

Always fantastic pizza. I get the pan pizza with extra cheese and make sure to pick it up the moment it's ready - the crust will be perfectly tender and chewy, the cheese gooey and crispy on top, and the whole thing piping hot. It's so good I cant help burning my mouth! Thanks folks, you're my favorite dominos.
Finally we can enjoy buffalo wings again. Always on time and very friendly!!

I've gotten pizza from here 4-5 times now and they have never gotten my order wrong and it is always ready when I go to pick it up.

Domino's on Hiawatha for the WIN!! We ordered 15 large pizzas for our work group today. First, the online feature wouldn't let us select delivery and the guy we talked to at the pizzeria couldn't guarantee a delivery within 40 minutes. I know, it was a crazy day but we needed it fast. They totally came through, though! We received 15 large, hot pizzas at our office building ON TIME and delicious! Several people at our event commented on how good the pizza was. Thanks to the folks at Domino's on Hiawatha. We Really appreciate your exceptional service today. Thank you!!!
Edit: I have had much better experiences since writing this review, I gave in to the Domino's cravings and gave them another shot and the food has been hot and delicious for the past few orders.
I'mfortunately going to have to stop ordering from this location. I've had too many negative experiences and at this point I can't chalk it up to "wow they must be super busy today" . The delivery drivers are always very nice, but whoever is managing this place needs to get their stuff together. I've received cheesy bread that was literally just a burnt bread bubble, side dips missing, and orders arriving 1.5 hours after I sent the order, when the estimated time was 30-40 minutes. It's ridiculous and not worth chancing my money on what kind of quality it might happen to be any given day. I should be cooking my own food anyways. But seriously, someone train these fools.
