They were having point of sale cash register problems. I had to wait for them to reset the card reader but the drinks were delivered quickly and the staff were very friendly

I live in Virginia, but I am from Minnesota. I miss Caribou so much. When I come back to visit I have a turtle mocha every day. This time I purchased some coffee beans to take home and try. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I forgot the young lady's name but she was super polite and it was my first time going into this caribou. I definitely loved the vibes and the order was taken correctly and I felt welcomed in a wholesome way. Definitely going to come back and buy some coffee cups and that see through jug along with 2 packs of chocolate covered espresso coffee beans YUM!!!
