I live nearby and come here frequently. Very nice independent coffee shop with great coffee and some fun speciality drinks (lavender honey latte is great). Good amount of seating and outlet availability. Live music sometimes in the evening. Usually pretty quiet noise-wise which is nice. The only downside: the bathroom could use a good deep-clean, especially the floors. I love supporting a local small business and having good coffee close by.

Right when I walked in the door there was an amazing smell that made me crave waffle right away! The Barista was very nice and made a delicious Lavender Latte without it being too sweet! I am coming back for sure!

My favorite place to hold meetings and connect with people! A very friendly, safe and peaceful environment that offers a sense of community and is very accommodating. A bright little light in an otherwise kind of dark area of Minneapolis!

Diane if you are ever in the east side of downtown Minneapolis I highly recommend stopping for a cup of joe at a local establishment called the humble cup. It stays true to it's name; quiet, unassuming, and very welcoming to it's patrons.

Fantastic coffee shop; great vibe for studying, excellent coffee, and staff that actually try to make you feel like the place could be a small home-away-from-home.
Be aware they do have music playing in the background, but it's not loud, and it's a pretty decent selection.

The nice staff people answered all my questions and made me a delicious Turkish coffee. They have all the standard options for coffee plus a few rarer ones. The space is peaceful and quiet and very pleasant. This is pretty much the perfect coffee shop.

A cute and quiet coffee shop. They don't carry a large variety of pastries or goods but it's a great place to have an intimate conversation or a study session. Meter Parking might be tricky during peak hours but it seems like a less busier part of the street. Their employees are very nice and friendly.
The most popular part of the store are the few tables by the window. Plenty of natural light and cute books/props on the sill that create a really pleasant space. Must come back soon.
