Real Meal is amazing for lunch. With great lunch specials (especially the salmon during Lent) and consistently awesome sandwiches, combined with fast service I have never been disappointed. I really love the fresh white roll that the sandwiches are served on. Crispy/flaky on the outside and light on the inside but very capable of holding the sandwich together.

I frequent Real Meal Deli (the Baker Building location) and I adore their soups. Always so robust and flavorful - and I'm a tough critic when it comes to soup. It's hard to find a good soup that doesn't have overcooked meat and the beef barley soup at RMD has tender, juicy beef. I do agree with another reviewer that the wheat bread they've been giving me lately has been dried out. Other than that I enjoy their sandwiched and soups!

I've been coming here nearly weekly for the past 6 months and it is always so good!!! Always consistent and fresh food. Usually there isn't a line. The guy who works there is so polite and will accommodate. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a sandwich in the skyway. My coworkers also really love this place !!!

RMD used to be far and away my favorite lunch spot in Minneapolis. Not a better sandwich to be found. Over the last few months, the wheat bread has been consistently stale. Almost seems like day old stuff. Still the ingredients are great, the staff is friendly, and the prices a pretty good. Maybe just lean white instead of wheat

I am enjoying my delicious 1/2 Greek sandwich and cup of garden veggie soup, which is tasty without being overly salty like so many soups. Good food for a good price!
