Some of their staff are not shy at all about showing how frustrated they are when wrong orders are made... which makes me a little uncomfortable, but they've never really taken it out on me so I'll give them that.
It's hard to get 5 stars out of me, but I really think that management has earned it. Manager goes out of her way to make sure that customers are taken care of, I see her trying real hard. I put in a late order once for an office team meeting because we had to add more people at the last minute. I had to go and pick up the order, but I didn't mind. I got there and saw how hectic it was, yet she still managed to whip up my order real fast, and she didn't have to. I didn't have to wait long and my phone call I put in to her allowed me to skip the line. She made it a real smooth transaction.
I used to manage fast food, so I know how difficult it is, you can't always control your employees, but you can lead by example and she did just that.
Good fresh food. Great soup selection! Everything made fresh and to your liking. Employees very friendly. Wish there was a place to sit and enjoy though - but there is only a place to sit while you wait.
I had the best buttery, warm, practically-perfect-in-every-way cheese danish with some great coffee for $3.00.
Delightful staff, very helpful! Only problem seems to be people not sure how to order, although it is very easy in ny opinion.
