Love the old school feel and look of this building. So many cooks and crannies to investigate and explore

Great spot for local artists. I would highly recommend checking out Hilary Greenstein and Madison Rubenstein's studios; they are wonderful! I've scheduled private viewings with both and really enjoyed it.

A cozy cafe often offering live entertainment and good food reasonably priced, five floors of artist studios to visit with parking available. Numerous workshops, classes and co-ops available each week.

Art-A-Whirl 2019: This is a great building for Art-A-Whirl. Take the old freight elevator to the top floor & then use the cool old stairwells to descend while stopping on each floor to view the individual artists studios.

Great spot to look into some local artists. I’ve been here for some glass classes through potek glass. Unfortunately they are moving out of the building, but there are many artists here. They had a makers event where all the artists open their spaces to sell stuff. Definitely look for one of these events!

This building is a highlight of the neighborhood! I spent a Saturday browsing a wide range of work from talented artists. There's also a little cafe to grab a cup of coffee and something chalmy. Gina graciously answered all of my leasing questions and even gave me a tour of the building!

This is a wonderful building filled with working creative artists. Every second saturday they have an "open studio" day when you can see artists and their work and even buy something amazing to take home!
