I had a pickup order from Jimmy John's and the experience was nothing extraordinary, but it was a good experience, nonetheless.
My sandwich bread was on the crunchy side, and decent.
I tried the Limited-Edition Dill Pickle Chips, and they were alright. It's nice to see Jimmy Johns adding new exciting options.
Good service. We tried the new BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch sandwich. The sauce was tasty - we just wish the cheese was melted for this type of sandwich.
Good customer service. Freaky fast and freaky good, just like the slogan.
I just got back from the store and I'm writing my review while eating. It was worth the walk in the cold. I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian for my entire group. The service was fast, the young lady who made the sandwiches was polite and understanding. The best part is, the sandwich is delicious, just the right amount of spice, perfect amount of meat and cheese, as well as the perfect amount of mayo (bread not dry enough to choke you and no mayo oozing out of the bread). If I'm in this area again I'd eat here without a second thought.
I was saved today ordering food for a lunch & learn for tomorrow, group size is 42. I called and was so pleased with Shamia! She helped figure out what to order, helped me lose all my stress for a last minute order and was very pleasant to speak with. Delivered by bicycle, in no time. Wise food choices abound, the chips are so good. The delivery service is so environmentally sound. The delivery folks are super friendly. Tip them well, and water and a health/protein bar is also a great tip.
Very clean, great smells, but deadly slippery getting in the door with the snow and ice. As the user of a walker I do not feel safe negotiating the right hand turn to enter from the sidewalk! Excellent service iinside.
My favorite JJ's. I'm lucky it's the closest one to my office. They always get my order right, their bread is always soft and fresh, and they're quick. 10/10
