I recently came across this place while looking for a rooftop bar to try. I had an overall very good experience. I was impressed by the service and the quality of the food and drinks. The food was delicious. They have a handful of arcade games such as pool, pinball, skee ball, and darts. I went on a Sunday, which they said had been slow lately, so it was not crowded at all and just felt like a hidden gem of a restaurant. Outside of the restaurant, there is a sculpture path with functional art and lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings after your meal. I had a wonderful experience and will be back!
We stopped by to celebrate a good friend birthday and it was a good time. Not so good music, but the staff were friendly and the drinks were good. We were dressed as old people!!!!

Good food and beer selection. A little pricey but you're also in the heart of Uptown. The rooftop terrace is great. It really picks up after 10:00pm on Saturdays!
This place gets packed on the weekends. The crowd mostly consists of young adults. Does get a little bit crazy on the weekends but there is always a few patrol cars moonlighting the area. The rooftop in the summer is awesome to hang out with a few friends and have a couple of drinks. Downstairs has many Tv's usually tuned to different sports channels. If you don't want to go downtown or aren't into the club scene, the Tavern is good alternative.
On May 15, 2015 I met my soon to be wife at Uptown Tavern (hanging out the window just like in the picture) and obviously it’s been a favorite spot ever since. The rooftop in the summer is definitely the highlight, but all around great food and reasonably priced drinks any time of year. Build your own Bloody Mary Bar is really fun for brunch too. Anyone looking for a good Friday or Saturday night out should definitely swing by. We’re too old now 🤪 but when we were early-mid 20s we were here every other weekend.

Great food, and a great drink selection . It has an outside seating area where they allow smoking. There's pool, ski ball, and other games in the lower level. The customer service was good and the people are attentive.

Visited a couple weeks after the reopening. The food was great and the service was good! We sat on the rooftop patio and enjoyed the drinks and views.
Food was phenomenal. Best quesadilla I've had in my life. The only thing is that this is also the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress came to us twice, never gave us napkins or refills, and we had to wait 20+ minutes for our check until we were told she forgot. Kind of ridiculous, otherwise we'll be back again because the food and environnement was incredible.
We had a great experience at the Uptown Tab! Sam our server was great! Super friendly and made great recommendations on food items on the menu. Food was delicious! Their rooftop patio is the best! The manager Todd stopped by to make sure our experience was great and was great to have a conversation with. I highly recommend this place for to anyone coming to the uptown area!
We were in here last Friday for the first time to watch the Wild game and I have to say I was impressed by the professionalism of the operation from top to bottom. Great place to watch a game. The rooftop is beautiful with a wonderful view, the service was good, the tacos were fantastic, the drinks were strong, and the manager working up there was a complete badass. He bussed our table, cleared our empty bottles, cleaned up a drink my friend accidentally spilled and brought her a replacement no questions asked. Very impressed. The dude was hustling his tail off the whole time we were there (3+ hours). I didn't catch his name or I'd single him out individually. Youngish guy in a grey hat. ANyways, great experience and we will be back.
