Bruegger's Bagels

I come here almost every day. Today was the worst day ever. The cashier was very rude. I ordered 2 hash brown they didn't give it to me, I went and told them about and they made it when I went home I saw the hash brown was burnt and they only gave me one. If people work at a food restaurant they need to have good customer service but that cashier today was very rude and it makes me not want to come back here again.

This place is about 25% staffed. Go elsewhere. Update: waited 15 minutes for my preorder. Had to wait in line despite making the preorder ( they were helping people who walked in after me, so I just got in line.) hastily made sandwich way worth the wait, but I’ve walked out before at this location and there’s no way to get a refund. Shout out to the one girl trying to keep up with everything, but truly hope more people avoid this location.

I don’t review very many restaurants but, this time I am. The staff particular instance was extremely rude and had an obvious attitude about a language barrier. Management! If your staff does not understand someone due to a accent or whatever they don’t need to laugh at the customer! They don’t need to be made fun of and they don’t need to mocked!! Very disrespectful and actually I would even consider it discrimination. This is one restaurant that I will delete from ever going to again. Your staff needs to learn respect and grow up!

Usually fast at making food. I know they are busy, but after I ordered I waited over 20min while she made mine and other people's food. And that was on top of the 10/15min of waiting in line. Used my whole lunch break to get food and not able to eat it until at a later time, so now it won't be fresh.

I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes you can “clean up your act.” Every area of this store was filthy. From the floors, to the counter order area to the self service utensil area. There was dirt and food on the floors and tables. There was spilled beverages and food on every surface I saw. If this is the customer facing space, I hate to see behind the scenes cooking areas😳

Good service and everything, but honestly Bruegger's sucks. The bagels themselves are good but they have no idea how to make a good bagel sandwich. They're way too dry, not to mention overpriced. I don't know why I keep going here. I had a pastrami egg sandwich today and it was nothing short of disgusting, like eating a plain egg.
