This McDonalds is one of the nicer ones in the. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. As soon as you enter the pro property from the driveway all the way to the bathroom it's very clean.

2 drive thru lanes. Make sure you are not one of those that always goes into the inside lane from Winnetka. There are 2 lanes. Use both. And if you are in that much of a rush, park your car, go inside and order off kiosk. Just as fast. Trust me.

Stopped on the way home for a quick dinner. In my 20 piece nuggets one of my boxes were 2 tenders and even one of those was mostly breading. A bit disappointing yes however this has never happened when I have stopped here and when I called to explain the manager who answered was very professional and corrected the issue immediately unlike other places. Update: went back to get my correct order a couple days after and dan at the counter was pretty rude. He picked and chose telling 3/4 of the people they have to do their order at the kiosk and the would redo it after. This location has gone downhill over the last few months.

Just want to say you have the best 2 ladies working the breakfast window during the week. Boo I have noticed is friendly with all her customers and a delight to see so cheerful early in the mornings. Lu (I think that is her name) took awhile to warm up but is also a joy to see in the mornings. They make a great crew and should be appreciated because they ever get the order wrong, very efficient and friendly— triple combo hard to find in workers these days.

I use the drive through and there is a older lady of color that is always so nice no matter what time of day. If it's lunch time they get alot of business in the drive through and she always makes you laugh.

Dining room was clean, employees that I had contact with were pleasant. One thing I didn't care for was the one apparently in charge was having discussions with employees in the dining room about work that should have been done but wasn't and scheduling issues. That conversation should have been private. I stop here almost weekly with my grandsons. Service is good most of the time. Everyone is polite. We enjoy our weekly visits.
