My favorite location in Minneapolis, They always have friendly staff and it’s always a good experience. My favorite barista has to be Kelsey , she just makes my morning when she greets me by name every time I come in.

We stop in this caribou every time we do our company meetings,at first we were unhappy with the service because our order was wrong and wait time was ridiculous BUT I believe we have found a solution to that..We only go when our favorite baristas Adrianne and Rylee are working,they are spectacular! They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are truly satisfied!we look forward to seeing those beautiful smiling faces!I am astonished witnessing such dedication from Adrianne,She remembers people's names/perks #/orders, I've personally witnessed how much that affects the regulars that come in.Those details that may seem small have such a huge impact, definitely makes you want to keep coming back!

It's been about two years since I've been to this Caribou. My wife and I miss this particular location terribly! Two years ago, we moved to Michigan where there are no Caribou Coffee's unfortunately. This particular location was the best one we've ever been to! The coffee tasted amazing and was made quickly! It was close to our college so, we went all the time! We developed relationships with the staff too! We knew their names and they knew ours. Some of them even knew our exact drink! Every staff member was extremely helpful, friendly, and respectful! The day that my wife and I are back in the area, we are going directly to this Caribou! 110% recommend going here!!

I live 5 minutes away, and this is by far my favorite location! Everyone seems happy to be at their job and more importantly work well together! I am always treated with respect and get great eye contact when being spoken too. Once I check in with myrewarfs I am approached by name. Love it

I love stopping here for coffee every day. The staff are welcoming and friendly! Best customer service! Great cup of coffee every time! Nice relaxing atmosphere and a couple of comfy leather chairs.
