Caribou Coffee

I live in Minneapolis and I love Caribou Coffee. I am writing about Caribou Store# 0144, that I frequent. The customer service is extremely outstanding. From the minute you walk into the store and get a greeting, it makes all the difference in the world, as a customer. And I have to say, SHELBY who works there is one of the most incredible assets to Caribou you could have. She is professional, extremely kind and makes ALL her customers feel special !! Please reward Shelby and that team for great merit !! Positive reinforcement to the staff is so important. Thank you for letting me share.

ATT : ALL COFFEE / ESPRESSO LOVERS This is my spot almost every morning before work. They do offer a rewards program for free. Beware, their espresso is the strongest I've ever had but that's just the way I like my coffee. They always are quick so you never have to wait about running late for work on your stop there and the coffee always seems to perfection. Only sad side is I wish this location served breakfast sandwiches, but always happy leaving this place.

Normally I order ahead on the Caribou app, but wasn’t able to in time this morning, though I’m glad that was the case! I’m saying this as a former Caribou barista years back, but Shelby at this location was the most pleasant Caribou employee I’ve ever come across. She was super nice and welcoming, and my drink was made exactly as I asked it (I ask for extra hot on cooler days, and sometimes other locations miss this). Thank you Shelby for brightening my morning! 😊☕️

I love Caribou and can't get enough of their iced coffees, particularly their cold press. This location in particular is usually pretty quick, and even when there is a line, the team here is usually staffed well and handles the line quickly and efficiently. The one thing that I wish that Caribou as a chain would do is adopt contactless payment. Not because of COVID-19. Just because it's 2021, and I don't take cash/cards with me anywhere anymore. Nevertheless, that has nothing to do with this location. The team here is fast and friendly! UPDATE 4/20/21: They either actually listened or more likely had very coincidental timing. They now take contactless payment! :)
