I may be biased as I have not been near a white castle in 15 years and was craving but it was good. 6 sliders, fries, chicken rings, and a shake later and my craving was fulfilled. The service was also great and fast. I got 2 free sliders for filling out the survey and showing it at the front. Would definitely recommend.

The food was delicious as always. The wait for my food... was horrible. To be fair, this location gets crazy drive-thru business and my child insists on going in so... the wait was long.

I was in the Drive-Thru by an employee by the name of Carmen. I was slow in deciding what I wanted because I had never been there, Carmen was extremely patient and kind and a complete sweetheart as well as very helpful. It's not too often these days that you can go somewhere and have somebody with such a bright smile, especially so late at night because after an extremely long day White Castle happen to be the only fast food open in my route home. Carmen was a delight and represent your establishment as every place should be represented, nowadays it's not too often that you see such a kind hard-working wonderful employee. Hold on to that one they are far and few. Kudos to White Castle for having such excellent customer service and hard-working employees such as Carmen. I don't eat fast food too often and found the fish bites to be delicious hot and fresh I will be back and I will recommend not just because I love the fish but the outstanding service.

I ordered online so I didn't have to wait there for my food, I walked into the lobby and it was ready for me with no line. The lady at the counter was nice. I appreciate how they wrap the Doordash to go orders. The food was really good, exactly what I ordered. I also enjoy their drink selections.

We didn't get any sauce for chicken rings or mozzarella sticks. Otherwise pretty good. Had a long wait to order. About 10 minutes.

Growing up on White Castle I found out, if you eat them with cheese and without the onions, you'll feel much better 👍 You also might want to try the breakfast 🍳 With an over easy egg on it,🤪 Yum yum 😋

Ordered online. Pickup was for 3:15pm today. We arrived there around 3:23pm. We paid and received our order at 3:27. I'm not going to complain about wait time and I'm sure they were still working on my order or they decided to work on orders of others who were inside first. I don't know. It's ok. It was a big crave case. I'm sure that takes awhile. As long as we got our order and got it correctly I was fine. My first time ordering online at that location. Service was good. The employees were nice. The food however was fresh and good. The chocolate milkshake is always yum. Of course, white castle seems to make my stomach gassy. Lol I don't know why. Lol but seems like I'm sure many can understand me. It's good for once in awhile because of that. The cheesecake covered in chocolate must be new so I decided to order and try. I'm not a fan of that, but if you're curious you can certainly try it.
