Every time I go here the staff is always very friendly. They give me great recommendations. They used to have a much better seating area to come in and do work, but after the remodeling there is only a few seats inside. Overall, this location is great and has a very friendly staff.
Nice, cozy place to go to, especially in the winter. Order some cake and hot turtle mocha, and it was very good. The service was great and very fast. Highly recommend this location. It's very convenient in a very nice location with plenty of parking lot.❤️☕️
Service is always super friendly & rhey are quick to make drinks! Iced matcha is so frothy you lose out on some of the drink.
Very friendly staff! I had an issue with mobile order, and I assume the shift supervisor on duty helped me with my issue! She was speedy, kind, and professional about the whole situation during a busy moment in the day. Very thankful for her help and for such great customer service.

Ordered the Matcha Green Cooler with bubbles and it wasn't bad. They were supposed to include coffee jellies but didn't have them in the first time. I thought it odd but since it was my first time ordering it, I didn't say anything and thought they were just tiny.
The second time I got it they said they were out of the jellies, which was probably what was what happened the first time and they merely didn't tell me.
Not worth getting upset over the lack of coffee jellies, but worth noting that if something is out of stock, being told about it is preferred rather than just making the drink without it and serving it.
Aside from that minor hiccup, the atmosphere and staff are great. It's a very chill place.

Love coming here! The staff is always so pleasant t and kind. They always have smiles on their faces when I come which makes the atmosphere of the building that much better. I love trying out the seasonal drinks they offer. The service here, that I have experienced, has always been speedy and efficient. Love coming here!
Employee of this store there are very very nice respectful and they’ll make you feel like they know you very long time as well as the manager very polite respectful I was going through their review there’s a person Who give one star lying about the store that’s not true and I don’t understand why people do like that that is what makes me wrote this to let the other customer or corporate to know there’s Always people who just like to complain yes of course there’s some stores that employee could be wrong but not the store
