Great food, friendly staff, and a good atmosphere.

It is very close to my house and this is the first time I decided to try. It is very clean place and delicious Korean food. It looks like I will be around until I try everything in the menu :)

Been a while since the last time we ate here; blame it on pandemic and street parking at the U. One thing I realized, the price has gone more than 50% since before the pandemic; hope some of the proceeds help the folks working at the place. As to the food, we had dolsot bibimbap, mul naeng myeo (cold sour noodle), kimbap. All are very good; we love this place.

First time going today. The beef bulgogi plate was absolutely beautiful. The sides are provided with each plate, and the kimchi had the perfect amount of kick and flavor. Will definitely return soon. Thank you for the food!

K-Bop is probably my favorite korean restaurant i’ve tried yet! We got the jajangmyeon, kimchi chigae, and kimchi jeon and the prices are really good for the amount and quality of food you get. we also didn’t have to wait long to have our order taken and food prepared. we probably had to wait 5 minutes max! the ambience is also very nice and aesthetic. the only con is that there isn’t any free water but bottled drinks can be bought for $1.50

I loveeee the food! 10/10 for the food, I wish they had different sides if you’re ordering multiple entrees. Sucks they don’t have free water and only bottled.

Excellent Korean spot in dinky town! Very spacious with small and long tables. Pleasant and friendly service. A must-visit location! Definitely coming back.
1. Jampong $16: Flavorful and exactly the right amount of spice and saltiness. Seafood (clams, shrimp, calamari rings, octopus tentacles, and baby scallops) were perfectly tender. A good amount of veggies but could use more ratio to noodle proportion. Very generous bowl!
2. Du Bu Dae Chigae $12: Rich and flavorful broth, perfectly cooked Ramen, and ingredients. Rice was cooked well. Bowl was worth it and it came out sizzling!
3. Fried Mandu (veg) $11: Crispy exterior with a moist interior. Tad bit soggy filling but good. Came in a quantity of 8 per order. The dumpling soy sauce was good but a bit salty. When eaten with the mandatory it paired well.
4 Kimbap $6.25: One roll to go. The daughters enjoyed it at home but said it was salty but ok.
Banchan sides:
A. Sweet pickled cucumbers: Crunchy & fresh but sweet. Sliced onions round out the bite.
B. Napa cabbage kimchi: Mild and tangy but very crisp and great.
C. Fish cake slices: Mildly sweet but savory and the texture is perfectly soft and not tough.

I love coming to Kbop as we are big fans of Bibimbap.
Parking can be a little tricky if you come during busy hours, but we always managed to park on the street.
Their menu is straightfoward and they have a good variety of dishes.
You will walk over the counter and order there. They will call your number. Sitting is limited, so keep that in mind.
I usually get the hot stone bibimbap because I really like the crispy rice at the bottom. I always take leftovers as the portions are big. Another dish that I always order is their kimchi pancakes, they are so tasty and the dipping sauce is perfect for them.
When I think of good bibimbap, korean wings and kimchi, Kbop always come to mind.

I was really wanting to try some DukBokki and Kim Bap for the first time after seeing it on the menu at a different Korean Restaurant, so I dragged my partner to KBOP Korean Bistro!
I wanted to go here because they had the DukBokki listed on their menu as an appetizer; and since it was my first time trying it, I didn't want a full entrée-sized order.
The restaurant was really modern and clean. I loved to atmosphere!
My partner and I split both appetizers and I fell in love with the DukBokki! The rice cakes were so soft and chewy and the sauce was really delicious, with a little kick of heat/spice.
The Kim Bap was also good, but for some reason it tasted a bit on the salty side. I'm not sure if it's supposed to taste that salty, but that's truly the only thing I didn't like about it. I will definitely need to try it again for a better review.
The food was great, the staff was nice and the prices were very reasonable! I would definitely recommend this place for those of you wanting quick Korean food for a good price.
** Also, I'm not sure about the spelling of DukBokki and I don't want to offend anyone. I've seen it spelled multiple ways, but KBOP Korean Bistro has it spelled like "DukBokki" on their menu, so I'm using their spelling within this review :)

Great food and music! We got japchae with beef, katsudon, beef bulgogi, and some gimbap. The portion sizes are nice, but the bulgogi was a little salty -- overall it's a good place to eat.
