It’s a little pricey but it was great food and yummy.

This place is tricky to find but well worth the hunt. I walked about a mile to get here because I was craving a good vermicelli bowl and wasn't disappointed. The restaurant is tiny and there aren't ever enough seats but if you exit into the hallway there are tables (in front of Starbucks). The food makes up for the awkward seating, I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Sponsor me, I'll eat here everyday. Spring Rolls or Pho are the way to go on this one ( I typically go spring rolls). Everything is made fresh. Line is very quick similar to a QDoba or subway style. I recommend the Peanut Chili Sauce. I'd come back just for the sauce. Staff is extremely friendly.

I hesitantly choose this place today because I had never been there but I wasn't feeling well and needed some broth. If I could kick myself I would for not trying this place sooner. Not only was the atmosphere upbeat but you can't buy customer service like that. The staff is so AMAZING and friendly that all my doubts accept the taste were gone. I got the pho and they literally told me I can have what I want the way I want. I left out still feeling under the weather but at that moment it didn't matter. Is recommend this place to everyone. Oh and my food, PERFECTO! I'LL BE BACK!

I've only been working downtown for a little over a month, but have had the opportunity to try a handful of restaurants in the skyway. Bep is definitely one that I'll return to.
If you go, get the vermicelli noodle salad with the works. It'll give you enough food to last at least two meals, and hit all the flavor profiles on your tongue. The marinated tofu is addictive! I can't speak on the spring rolls, but I've heard that they are the best spring rolls you'll find in the skyway (not sure how long list is of places in the skyway with spring rolls on their menu?).
My only recommendation is that it would be super cool if they offered a vegan broth. I would have loved to order soup, but they only have an animal-based broth.

Honestly I went to this place only by the higher number of ratings when I looked for Vietnamese restaurants to try out a Pho. The restaurant is placed in the middle of a busy downtown building that the size of the place isn't too generous.
Luckily the restaurant wasn't too busy on a Friday noon and I got served for lunch within two minutes. This is a quick eat like a Chipotle and I informed the first waitress on the line that I was there for the first time. She got excited and walked me through all the available options in the menu. Since the broth has chicken in it, I decided to pass on the Pho and instead went for a Vermicelli rice salad with veggies.
One by one the waitresses in the line kept stacking different proteins and veggies to the vermicelli and made it look like an art work. The checkout was pretty fast and I got extra soy sauce, crushed peanuts and peanut sauce.
The food was extraordinary without a second doubt. This place is quite small and you will need to be mindful of finishing your meal fast so that others don't have to wait on you.

I adore the pho here. I have never had any other of their food, except the Vietnamese coffee, because the pho is so darn good. I could drink the broth every day, as the sriracha and star anise lightly burn my lips and warm my body. I feel like it's clean, efficient and delicious. I don't know how authentic it is, but I crave it every time I do downtown. And I always take away some leftovers which make a great late night snack.

Fast casual Vietnamese food with a make your own noodle bowl, fresh roll and sandwich concept. The food was good for a quick bite. You can also get $2 fresh rolls after 1pm. Being located inside an office building made it a little harder to find. However, I would not recommend the pork. It was dry and flavorless. The tofu was more edible. The sauces were all tasty. My only other complaint is that the fresh rolls were so loosely rolled that they fell apart after the first bite.

Perhaps the best pho in town! It's simple and tasty. Maybe not the mostl authentic but I could have it any day.
Their spring rolls are really really good. They are made to order.
Bep us trying to be the Vietnamese Chipotle. You choose the ingredients and everything is freshly made in front of you.

Probably my favorite place for lunch in downtown Minneapolis. The environment is good and so much better than other dinners in downtown. I love the giant windows where you can embrace the sunshine (which you don’t get much at work). The broth is not like other place’s-salty and dosed with msg. It’s mild yet tasty. The price is fair and the ingredients are fresh.
