Honestly I went to this place only by the higher number of ratings when I looked for Vietnamese restaurants to try out a Pho. The restaurant is placed in the middle of a busy downtown building that the size of the place isn't too generous.
Luckily the restaurant wasn't too busy on a Friday noon and I got served for lunch within two minutes. This is a quick eat like a Chipotle and I informed the first waitress on the line that I was there for the first time. She got excited and walked me through all the available options in the menu. Since the broth has chicken in it, I decided to pass on the Pho and instead went for a Vermicelli rice salad with veggies.
One by one the waitresses in the line kept stacking different proteins and veggies to the vermicelli and made it look like an art work. The checkout was pretty fast and I got extra soy sauce, crushed peanuts and peanut sauce.
The food was extraordinary without a second doubt. This place is quite small and you will need to be mindful of finishing your meal fast so that others don't have to wait on you.

Busy spot for the downtown crowd. I enjoyed my vermicelli bowl. Not as good as West Coast Vietnamese but it sure hit the spot after days of burgers and Wisconsin cheeses!
Loved the food here. Bowl tasted perfect but my favorite pho. Taste so good. Cheap quality Eat 👍
Amazing! I had the Pho, and it was just as good as a Vietnamese restaurant. Great service too (very friendly).
It’s a little pricey but it was great food and yummy.
Fast casual Vietnamese food with a make your own noodle bowl, fresh roll and sandwich concept. The food was good for a quick bite. You can also get $2 fresh rolls after 1pm. Being located inside an office building made it a little harder to find. However, I would not recommend the pork. It was dry and flavorless. The tofu was more edible. The sauces were all tasty. My only other complaint is that the fresh rolls were so loosely rolled that they fell apart after the first bite.
Great spot for Vietnamese in the downtown area. Not quite authentic, but still fresh flavors. The guys behind the counter are super nice. I would definitely try them again. I had a vermicelli bowl and it was delicious, but didn't quite hit the spot.
I adore the pho here. I have never had any other of their food, except the Vietnamese coffee, because the pho is so darn good. I could drink the broth every day, as the sriracha and star anise lightly burn my lips and warm my body. I feel like it's clean, efficient and delicious. I don't know how authentic it is, but I crave it every time I do downtown. And I always take away some leftovers which make a great late night snack.
Literally went here multiple times a week! Love love love the happy hour spring rolls and the build it yourself style dishes really puts you in control of flavors you enjoy! Everything and I mean everything is super tasty and hands down the best staff you can find!
Sponsor me, I'll eat here everyday. Spring Rolls or Pho are the way to go on this one ( I typically go spring rolls). Everything is made fresh. Line is very quick similar to a QDoba or subway style. I recommend the Peanut Chili Sauce. I'd come back just for the sauce. Staff is extremely friendly.
