I go to this dairy queen pretty often on Sundays during lunch and I was super bummed out I couldn’t see kevin who usually takes my order and makes my food. He is so kind and so understanding and to not see him as often during the school year made me pretty upset knowing he’s one of the best employees at this location ever since this summer.
I really enjoyed my experience at this Dairy Queen. I would say that it exceeded my expectations. I ordered a chicken salad and it came with boneless chicken nuggets. A whole lot of them too. I didn't expect so much meat on this salad but they were good and they were cooked well. The customer service was really good too. The person taking my order was kind and worked with me. They brought my order to my table and asked if I needed anything. The inside was very clean. I'll be coming back due to its proximity to my son's school and the good experience I had there.
Spacious dinning room. Safe area. Regular business hours. Easy walking distance from nearby hotels.
UPDATE: Being the flagship restaurant for DQ, this location often features the newest corporate development (HQ is just down the road). It has recently undergone another remodel with a more modern feel. The style is not as warm as the previous design, but if you like a more sterile, modern feel, you’ll feel at home.
Clean restaurant with prompt, courteous service. This location offers both food and dessert, including numerous ice cream cake options.
If you’re looking for quality ice cream, you can find much better in the metro area. Four stars is a stretch based on the copious amount of artificial ingredients.
If you’re splurging, it’s not a bad option for an infrequent visit.
The best fast food place, can’t beat the dessert, snacks and burgers.
Hands down the best fries compared to Wendys, BK, McD etc. Best Ranch and BBQ sauce too!
Only complaint is expect the drive through to go slow, even when there aren’t much cars. So if your in a rush just walk-in.
I needed to order an ice-cream cake and the web site says that you need to place your order 2 days prior. I called and talked to Alison and explained that I wanted to order an ice-cream cake but needed it tomorrow. Alison said no problem that she would get it ready and that I could pick it up later in the day. What incredible service by Alison! Thank you very much! It was delicious!

SPOILER Alert !!! —— DQ updates the look with a new expanded patio and “To Go” pickup areas. The old brick-brac exterior is replaced with a new “ Shiny red gloss”appearance with cool new spoon door handles. You can tell the DQ executives thought a lot about polishing up the outside to cater to the demands of COVID-19 pandemic by increased drive thru “call to action” signs and designated pick-up areas. The inside redevelopment comes with fancy new Heals.com ribbon lights. Kid friendly Pop Art covers the inside walls leading to modern Freestyle Coca-Cola fountains. The seating upholstery is designed like a red Channel inspired purse. Fine DQ embroiderd napkins complete your Treat order.
Now on the negative “Flip Side” I don’t understand why the executives overlooked the bathrooms. As Joe Biden would say..... “Come on Man !!! “ I might have given them a 5 star but the dark lackluster bathrooms remain ugly and stuck in the 70”s. Hopefully some upgrades are coming soon. I will include a bathroom light concept in the pictures for a conversation starter. Cheers !
5$, 7$, 10$ deals and meals. Kids working there were kind and happy and brought our food out. Clean. Patrons were all relaxed and respectful when we were there and in good and easy location of HWY. Nothing woke or devil based while we were there recently, so hopefully, it doesn't have issues staying going at decent prices.
Probably the best made Blizzard I have ever had!. It was perfectly mixed up from the beginning to the end. Other DQs out there should learn from these guys how rto make a Blizzard!!
Got a box of dilly bars and a blizzard. Food is almost always worthy of a 10. We didn't go in so I can't relay a real judgment on that.
