We visited JUN two weeks ago for the first time and loved it so much we went back for more this weekend. Every bite was absolutely delicious and the hand rolled Szechuan Dumplings are what dreams are made of. We enjoyed the Jun fried rice, the farmers chicken and one of the noodle dishes as well as a fresh squeezed lemonade and an old fashioned. The atmosphere is funky and the service was great. If you haven’t been- it’s time to go!

For the price to be what is then the food better live up to that. Oh it most definitely does. Filling and full of flavor, Jun takes your taste buds to the spa. Can't go wrong with this delicious, dimly lit establishment

The staff was super nice, as was the owner. They’re able to sub the crispy tofu (cooked perfectly!!) in their meat based meals which is super nice! I had the crispy tofu in General Tao’s sauce and it was amazing!

recently had the pleasure of dining at Jun, and I can confidently say that it was a great experience. Jun is a hidden gem tucked away in the warehouse district. When we walked in  we were warmly greeted by our waiter. He whisked us into a vibrant and cozy atmosphere. He produced drinks as if from thin air, and had them in our hands in moments. The meal was very good.  If you enjoy bold, intense flavors and a touch of heat, you should eat here.  I thought the dumplings were noteworthy. They were freshly made and the sauce was very good. While the food was good, the service was even better. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to provide recommendations. This made the dining experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. My companion loved the walnut shrimp he suggested. Thank you to the chefs at Jun and the mustached waiter for a wonderful evening.

Really nice service. Good portions, the food was really good, the drink not so much. It was a bit stronger than tasty. The restaurant has very calm and welcoming vibes.

If you walk fast and glancing often at your phone and not paying attention to the surrounding, then you're going to miss "JUN", a Chinese Restaurant hidden in a plain red brick building. Surprisingly different world found inside the restaurant: simple but cozy, uniquely mixed between Western and classic Chinese warm decorations. The host and server staffs are prompt and attentive. On the day we visited, look like the owner was onsite greeting the guests and also helping the cook and service staffs. The kitchen is wide opened and fully visible (you can actually see the chef cooking your food!). Our group's food came out promptly, hot (heat) and hot (spicy) just the way we like it. The head chef in red shirt cooked our food precisely right: the shrimps were still crunch and the beef melted and disappeared in mouth while we were chewing; none of our dishes were greasy. Oh, and they do have vegetarian dishes too. 'So glad that we've discovered this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere Minneapolis! Lastly, yes, there's a full bar!!! Five stars for inside soft relaxing ambiance, food and service.

We stopped at JUN for a Friday night dinner and really enjoyed it. We ate the following: -Pan fried pot stickers—phenomenal, excellent filling -Egg rolls—below average, would not order again -Sesame chicken-crispy and tasty, my wife love it -Spicy chicken—amazing! The garlic and spice flavor mixed in with the crispy chicken was phenomenal. I would order this any day if the week! We were too full for desserts. The server was friendly and attentive. Jun would be a great for high quality takeout or a casual dinner.

Cute little place in the warehouse district, but finding parking is horrendous. Our server was easy going and recommended some delicious options. We ordered three different appetizers and three different entrees. All was tasty...not as spicy as I would've liked, but they did have a nice balance of flavors. Portion sizes were generous. All in all a good place to get your Szechuan fix.
