Tried Wally’s for the first time today - the food was excellent, and I will definitely repeat! Might be my new go-to spot in dinkytown. I had the spicy chicken shawarma, which had just the right amount of heat, as well as the hummus, which was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Easy 5 star rating, I highly recommend!
I used to always get the same thing, but have finally expanded my horizons, and man I don’t think there’s a single bad item in the menu. The lamb & beef and falafel sandwiches are to die for! Service is always great too �
Food was great and service was great! All the employees were super nice and patient with me. Will definitely be coming back, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming.
I had the Falafel Salad which was delicious with crunchy fried falafel balls, fried pita bread, and fried cauliflower. Service was friendly. It took about 20 minutes for my food to come out but there were a stream of customers with orders. The mango smoothie was great too!
The kababs are a bit different than the persian taste, but I liked it!
Lamb chops were perfect!
The Lala plate is really nice for when you want a dreamy infinite plate!
The atmosphere is really nice, and the restaurant is almost crowded.
One of our favorite Halal place to go . Good ambiance , quality and tasty food every time. Spicy Musab wrap and musab chicken fries are one of our fav food thr.
A very nice and chill halal spot next to UMN campus. Saj sharwarmah is a must along with falafels.
Went there because I was looking for healthy grilled food. Ordered the spicy chicken meal with hummus and couldn't have been more satisfied. The portions were huge, the taste was excellent, they price was very reasonable, and it came out in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend going there again. Everything was delicious. Only thing I would critique is the bread. It could have been a little more fresh maybe but that is literally the only complaint I could say. Overall hands-down excellent food. $-$$
It's in busy Minneapolis area, young crowd in streets. Food is good, prices decent. Overall setup is okay, not too fancy. Handicap Accessible , clean and efficient service.
This place never misses🔥 I usually get the spicy musahab wrap with fries, but I’ve also tried the beef shawarma wrap, and chicken shawarma platter and they were all amazing! This is one of my favorite spots in DinkyTown and on the whole U of M campus!
I had their kunafa it was worth my one hour trip. I loved it. I also had their spinach pie they nailed it one of my childhood favorites
Great experience. Came for the falafel, but loved everything we tried. Ordered the small family platter. Perfect rice, chicken shawarma and lamb were delicious, as well the sauces. Loved the spicier red pepper sauce. Hummus was great too. Highly recommend. I'll be back!
