Tavern On France

This place is great on its own and I love the food, but we got really lucky with Luke as our server on our last visit. He was so kind and patient with my out-of-town grandma, perfectly attentive, and--as a fun bonus--gives Antoni Porowski vibes. The baked spaghetti and buffalo chicken salad were also awesome, but service is what makes the experience.

Everything is as good as you can get it, now I only get their nice juicy and delicious burgers that I have in the build your own paper section of the build your owns of burger pizzas and the other thing I forgot, but like it is right there, they do several things to perfection, not just the burgers. Can't ask for much more, it's a great time, atmosphere is the best out of all restaurants I've been in so far. It's not a Royal billionaire restaurant, but to me, it doesn't have to be, it's dang near perfect to everything I want in a restaurant that one can't simply complain without getting a reality check at how good their food and service is.

We were lucky to get a table for 2 on a Saturday night. This casual eatery was already pretty full early (5:30). We let our server know we had about an hour because we were going to a concert. He got our orders in and kept on top of things, a very refreshing experience. Good food. I have had teriyaki salmon twice. I loved it. It is pretty loud, or I would have given 5 for atmosphere.

I thought the food was fantastic! We got pretzels for apps. They definitely seemed hand made and brushed with butter and dusted with salt. So soft and fresh. I got a pizza that was also tasty. Had artichokes and a sweet taste to it. Our server was also super attentive. Never had to ask for refills. She was on it with fantastic service 👏

Our new favorite burger place. Make your own burger with SO many topping options. Love.the pretzel bun. Delicious! My son loved the fish tacos and my husband loved his "build your own" pizza. Generous portions. We joined the club and got cheap beer and a discount on food. We go out of our way to have dinner here now!

My first experience of Minnesota's famous seasoned sour cream... they served it with the order of onion rings cuz why not? It was delicious although I still added ketchup because I add ketchup to everything. I also ordered the chicken sandwich; not what I was expecting but was pleasantly surprised by this sandwich. Atmosphere is a little loud and I wish it was a little brighter in there, maybe it was just the section we were in but everything else was great. Super friendly server and host

This place has a great vibe. Busy place. Great food,great service. It was my second time here and I must say I would highly recommend the tavern on France. Last time I had the boom boom shrimp and this time I had the widow maker burger and a cup of chicken tortilla soup with an ice tea. There was a few minutes we waited to get a table but we did not wait for our order once it was placed. Fast....
