Great beer AND food AND service - You just don't always get the trifecta of a great dining/drinking experience, but we found it on our visit to Day Block! The place was slammed when we got there, but the service still exceeded expectations. In fact, our server forgot to bring by my second beer and then comped it, even though the error was hardly noticeable.
My boyfriend and I decided to come here since he loves pizza and beer and I got to say, it was delicious!!!!!! We had a dark beer and a light beer and both was tasty (I forgot the names). We ordered their bruschetta as an appetizer and OMG, it was so dang good. The bread was perfect and the best part was the roasted tomatoes! The two pizzas we got were K-pop and I believe the spicy one was called Levithan. K-pop was delicious. The flavors of the kimchi, brisket and fresh green onions was the perfect mix. The spicy pizza was okay. It wasn't the best but was good. That service was good too and they have a free parking lot which we didn't know about sadly. But would definitely be coming back again. Writing this review makes me crave for the pizzas already lol

The pretzel were pretty good and they had some good variety in beer and I enjoyed their seltzer.
The ATM has been removed so if cash is your preference you must make arrangements prior to arriving. The pizza is truly wonderful; Thin crust with great toppings. The bartenders are very friendly & they will answer any questions about the various offerings. Great music is booked multiple nights each month & the atmosphere is chill. Enjoy!
I think the best part of this place is their outdoor patio especially being in the middle of the city. Their Greek goddess pizza and a glass of Citra were great.
Best bruschetta I have had, tasted super fresh, The pretzel was not the best, burger was good, fries great dipped in the beer cheese. Friendly atmosphere, busy with lots going on, yet you still can find some peace while chatting in one the high back booths, definitely going back to try one of the specialty pizzas, they also offer a brunch I'm going to need to try.
Good food and beer! Great DOG FRIENDLY patio space (though not always shaded very well).
Lots of live performances on weekends so check their website in advance since tickets are more expensive at the door.
The $18 beer flight is an awesome option

Love the patio. Went to enjoy some live music and sit outside. Good brewed options and signature cocktails. The wings and artichoke dip were very good. The pizza looked amazing and the servers were quick and friendly. Comfortable atmosphere.
We ate here for a Sunday brunch and I got the vegetari calzone. They had delicious vegetarian options like the Argentinian vegetarian pizza and I would definitely come back!
We had a wonderful experience here. Beers were all brewed in-house. My wife particularly liked the Citrus. We had the Greek Goddess pizza. It's been a long while since I had any kind of 'white' pizza. Incredibly tasty. Service was prompt, helpful and unobtrusive. A great find.
The outdoor patio is partially shaded and our dog was welcomed. They make a lovely old fashioned and the salad was delicious. Nice to have such a long-standing restaurant/bar in the neighborhood. Looking forward to longer open hours!
Cool space to enjoy a meal and some drinks with friends. I ordered the stadium blonde with the shuffle truffle pizza. Both tasted amazing! They had a good variety of food and beverages, including cocktails on the menu which was great.
The only thing that didn’t really impress me was the service. Our waitress asked us three times what drinks we wanted before our friends arrived. I guess they didn’t pick up on the hint that we wanted to wait for our friends to order. Not their fault exactly but it just felt rushed.
Overall great experience and would come back for the food!!
