Buster's On 28th

Love this place! They always have good beer selection, and their food is above and beyond bar food! I don’t live near by, but Busters is definitely on my list for a spot to visit when in Minneapolis. I always love the great ‘neighborhood spot’ feels I get when here! Last night my hubby and I got to sit at the bar and chat with John. Super friendly service, super good food. I love places that offer different options for burger patties. Busters has a nice selection of options for those that don't eat beef or even meat. The beer selection will take some time to get through. Varied brews from across the state, country and a few international selections as well. Most are available on tap! This place can get very busy but I recommend the wait. Great spot for a good bear and a bite to eat.

I recently visited Buster's on 28th Avenue in Minneapolis, and I must say, the place is beautiful! The ambiance was warm and welcoming. I ordered a Caesar salad, cheese curd, some fries, and a black beer. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The Caesar salad was crisp, the cheese curd was perfectly melted, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The black beer complemented the meal perfectly. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience in Minneapolis.

Busters rocks my socks off! Our host Stella was helpful, friendly, and attentive. John, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and an overall joy to interact with. A few members of our party are regulars, and he will frequently just bring them beers that fit their tastes and he doesn't miss. A top notch service experience. The salad was crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced delivering on every avenue you could hope for. The house made chips with french onion dip are to die for, and the walleye tacos were a smashing special for this summer evening. Rave reviews for the food. Their patio offers an approachable locale for outdoor dining that feels as comfortable as dining at home but with none of the dishes! The interior has gorgeous dark wood features and inspires a cozy, classic vibe. The establishment is overall very clean as well. Looking for your new local hang? You've found it. I could write ad nauseam the praises I have for this place, but I think you should check it out for yourself!

Enjoyable meal. The beer braised beef was awesome. Tender, juicy, and flavorful. Most of the sweet heat burger was great. Fresh peppers and bun was tasty. However, the burger patty itself tasted cheap and greasy. Room for improvement there. I would highly recommend the beer braised beef with side of onion rings. The onion rings were not too greasy and had a great flavor along with perfect amount of breading. Worth the extra $2 to add to a meal! 4 star - Would enjoy going back!

The food in general (meat and produce) menu has gotten a 100% better in the past year! The menu now has monthly changes and the chef is fabulous! The outside deck area is simply lovely with new flowers put out. Busters is always great for beer but some TLC and investment has improved this place greatly.
