Incredible cocktails and extremely knowledgeable bartenders make this a great place for pre- or post-dinner cocktails and conversation. Many thanks to Conrad for a great evening!

This place was enjoyable to find. There aren't any signs and it gives the impression of a true speakeasy. The vibe was really relaxed and the service was good. They have more than enough alcohol to chose from. I do suggest trying something on their special drink menu outside of your comfort zone, you might be surprised. Overall, I had a great experience here with my 2 friends and the place was absolutely full when I went.

Very cool little speakeasy, close to Target Field. We stopped in before a game. It's under the Bachelor Farmer, with no signage. Very nice space and we were early enough to be the only patrons. I told the server that I prefer sweet drinks. He recommended the Southern Hemisphere (not on menu). It's was good without our being too sweet. Also not overly boozy tasting which I prefer. It tasted of strawberries. The hubby ordered the Stockholm Syndrome (no longer on menu). His drink was also on the lighter side with citrus notes (grapefruit). Both drinks were made with gin. Another in our party ordered the Alfholl, which had lemons notes and tasted slightly of black licorice (though not overpowering). Another tried the Artemesia. Everyone liked their drinks and said they'd definitely return. All drinks were $12-$15 each. The server was very kind, patient and helpful. Marvel does not have a parking lot which seems fairly typical in the North Loop. Bachelor Farmer offers Valet which you could use if eating at Bachelor Farmer.

We stopped by for a drink before our Bachelor Farmer reservation (we had 30+ minutes), the place was about half full and our server told us we would have plenty of time. We ordered 3 drinks and 30 minutes later they still hadn't been delivered. They let you bring your drinks upstairs so it's not a huge deal but it also felt excessive considering it wasn't even that busy. Also, my friend wanted to order a martini and she was told they couldn't make that... Seemed odd considering the simplicity of that cocktail. My drink was beautiful and delicious though. It's a cool vibe and the servers are really informative, if a little slow.

Well you have to like a place that is somewhat hidden. You get more of that speakeasy feel going down a back alley. More importantly, the bartenders knew their drinks. I tried wheat based bourbon rather than the typical rye or corn. The bar had a nice atmosphere and thankfully was not too noisy. Great choice for more of a drinking experience.

Amazing cocktails! Try the Pontoon if you like super subtle strawberry - not very sweet just quasi-fruity and really refreshing. My sister had the mescal old fashioned and it was a smoky delight accompanied by a perfectly chiseled ice but cube that would have made the Titanic shiver in fear. Is this review getting pretentious? Whatever, it was really that good. Steph was so great behind the bar too and gave us Seattle girls a billion awesome recommendations.

One of my favorites. The drinks and environment are very classy. It's a small space and can fill up fast. It's best for a drink or two with a small group (no more than 4).

Fun atmosphere and great place for a date. Very unique drink ingredients and cocktails. I had the Strongwater, which was their take on a scotch and water. It was well balanced and tasted great but a bit plain. My wife had the Good Witch that had a lot more flavor profile and I enjoyed a bit more. Took a star off because the prices seemed very high ($12-14) for the drinks received. It was a bit challenging to find, so included pictures of the walk in. Go behind Bachelor Farmer by the dumpsters and through two doors.

A very unique, speakeasy-style experience with fantastic cocktails. They are cheaper than some of the other cocktail bars in the area, and are much more unique. It's a small location, and you will often end up standing unless you are very patient or lucky, but don't let that sway you from going here and getting a cocktail or two. It's worth the trip. If you haven't been here before, the entrance isn't where you'd normally expect it to be, and they're located beneath the Bachelor Farmer.

Decent place. Home but def do not expect PDT or bathtub gin. Suggest the Gatsby over the other things I tried. The men's room urinal with a splash guard is awesome.
