Amazing group of men working there when we went today. They take customer satisfaction to the next level. Such great people with awesome attitudes. The food was delicious and the team working made it a great experience. Highly recommend this one!!! They even wished us a Happy Mothers day!
I’ve been here a couple times and I always leave happy. It was a tad slow this time but it was Lunch and sort of busy and the workers might have been semi new. However everyone had great attitudes seemed to be working hard and were communicative with the customers like just chatting and being friendly and nice. I’m only writing this because I felt as if I need to tell others about the times I had a good experience and places that I appreciate going to because it is clear that management is doing a good job by providing a product and service professionally. I really have always been impressed my potbelly. Food is way better than cousins subway or any other sandwich place in my opinion too. Ingredients also seem to be of higher quality. I have nothing but good things to say.
Combo word time-Yummy-Oh-Yeah! I had the Mediterranean Chicken on Flatbread. I can now die happy and satisfied. It was my first humus. I could eat that eith ice cream. Super tasty! Then washed it down with the thickest creamiest broccoli and cheddar soup. They are definitely living up to their named. Long live the belly!

Gave me the wrong meat on my sandwich, and they workers seemed like I annoyed them just by not knowing wear the line started, I never had been there. Food was good, but customer service was bad. I suggest going to another potbelly if you want to be treated right.

1st time here. Nice staff, food was fresh and tasty. I'll be back again. Not thrilled about the street parking.
It's BOGO day, everyone there is obviously crazy busy, after 4 pm they stop doing deliveries and use doordash as their drivers. Doordash sucks but the staff there? they are amazing, so sweet. I just didn't know any updates on my order but the girls working were so kind and deserve a raise, they helped me and apologized and refunded me even when I told them not to- it was nowhere near their fault and I wasn't upset with them at all. Great staff, that's all that matters!
Super friendly service and patient with our picky eaters. Good selection of standard sandwiches and some unique options, too.

The sandwiches here are also soooo good and a nice change of pace from most sandwich shops. Only thing that drives me nuts is the tall wall they have between the customers and employees. I have to stand on my toes and duck my head around various equipment just to get my order to them. I'd say if you're over 6 foot, you're probably not bothered by this. But anyone else essentially talks to a wall, which is such a shame because the customer service is always fantastic.
