Tgi Fridays

The service here is always great. Too bad great servers and bartenders have to serve this horrible food. I go to the one on broad and order the same dishes and some how here it comes out horrible. This one is closed to my job when I get off but I can’t stomach it anymore, the kitchen staff clearly doesn’t care AT ALL. All our food was either cold, or burnt. I never ate at a restaurant and thought the food was so bad I couldn’t eat. I give up on this location. Don’t go here. Read all the reviews they’re right. The level of bad is just cruel.

Went to this Friday’s last night. We got seated around 9:15 and at 10:35 our food still was not out. The restaurant was not busy at all but our server sent another server to us with fries to compensate for our wait and to tell us that it would be another 20 minutes for the food minimum after waiting an hour for it already. We asked to speak to the manager and he never came out to give us an explanation as to why it was taking so long. We ended up leaving at 10:45 without any food and without any explanation. To top it off there was a bug in my drink.

We haven't been to Friday's forever. Covid has somewhat restricted our restaurant travels. Our visit to Friday's on Hull St in Midlothian was very nice. No problem with seating. The menu was not the usual but plenty of choices and many new items from our last visit. The bar tender working the tables on Tuesdays was spot on. She was great and never left us waiting. Great experience all around.

The first time we went it was such a great experience. The food was great and my wife and I thought we had found such a great place. However, yesterday was pretty tense. I mean take a look at that picture. I don’t know if we could ever go back after getting served food that looks like that. Our server was kind, I also thought the gesture of giving people a rose for Valentine’s Day was thoughtful, but the food was quite a shocker.

Food was good, out to the table really fast. Service wasn't great. Once the food hit the table we didn't see our waiter again until our plates had been sitting empty for a good 5 minutes. Nevermind trying to get a drink refill or some steak sauce, he was gone. I think their staff is spread thinner than the handful of tables that they are seating. Maybe we'll just do takeout next time.
