They accidentally switched my friend, and mine steaks around, thus causing us to eat them at temperatures neither of us requested. Mine was still delicious, though overcooked. However, hers was not cooked enough for her liking. When she told the server, they attempted to recook it instead of immediately replacing it (a big "no, no," considering the price). However, they did comp her meal when she brought it up for the second time. The rest of the food, including the calamari and creme brulee, were all delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ruth Chris and I simply cannot restrain my enthusiasm for the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Kailey D. From the moment we walked through the door until the last bite of our exquisite meal, Kailey elevated our dining experience to a level of unparalleled excellence. First and foremost, Kailey possesses an infectious enthusiasm that radiates throughout the entire dining room. Her genuine passion for her work was evident in every interaction, creating an inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an amazing "divorce celebration". Her energy was contagious, instantly putting our group at ease and setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Hands down the best steak in Richmond and BEST Waitress by far I have ever had the pleasure of being served by!

I want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our fantastic server, Kailey, and the talented chef, Sam, for creating an unforgettable evening for us. The service and meal were exceptional, just as we've come to expect from this location, and the great conversation added to our enjoyment. Our usual choice is the porterhouse for two, but this time we ventured to try the 40oz tomahawk. It exceeded our expectations and has now become our new favorite. The decor is very nice and conducive to conversation or romance. Candles on every table. We were pleasantly surprised to see Happy Birthday glitter on our table when we arrived. The food is delicious, and my wife was pleased by the number of seafood choices, and I enjoyed the beef selections, of course. The service was very personable and professional, but a little slow. The complementary birthday cheesecake was another surprise, appreciated by my wife. There is ample parking, but there were no spots open close to the restaurant. They also have outdoor seating.
