Fast food is fast food. I like Krystal burgers and these were as good as expected. What I don't like is when you place a simple order like no ice in the drink and they get that wrong. It's not rocket science, please pay attention to details. That's how you get repeat business.

I've been eating at that Krystal location for years. The dining room is finally back open, so it was nice to go inside and eat. The restaurant was very clean. The lady employee gave Quick & friendly service. Tasty hot food. Good cold drink.. I Will return.

If you paid me I would not ever eat at the one in Kentucky again.my family there out 28.00 worth of dinner stop while traveling northbound.The bread was soggy and wet.The meat?????that was soposta be a burger???we threw out the whole meal.except the frys and drinks.the girls at the counter was nice.I ended up getting sick later.

They have their shrimp and you get fries,24 shrimp,and hushpuppys .I don't want anymore shrimp from there.the shrimp was hard as a rock and been refried.Those hushpups had been made over too.The dinner is outside laying on the ground and I doubt the animals will eat it.

New Krystal Chicks are marked up on price but I didnt see a lot in flavor and tenderness.

This Krystal is always a stop during travel. Super fast and friendly! Doing drive through only September 2021. Food was hot, delicious, and triggered childhood memories of getting a sackful of Cheese Krystals for the entire family. Peach shake was yummy 😋
