Excellent service!!!! Food was delicious! I ordered Mama's French Toast and it's soooooo good! Sausage patties have a different taste to them, but still good. My husband got their fried chicken and only had bones left on the plate! 🍽 🍗 😊 Definitely a hopping location....but always service with a smile.

It is always a pleasure to eat here! This was my only request after having major dental surgery was, when I healed up. Could we please go get a big pancake breakfast at cracker barrel! These pancakes are so yummy. They have the best flavor, made from scratch, no microwave and go here..warm syrup...and ofcourse, great big dollops of sweet cream butter!!

I realize it was Valentine’s Day, but there’s really no excuse for forgetting about your tables. The waiter we had said he was very sorry that he was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. And he might’ve been, but our food came before drinks ever made it to the table. Silverware came 10 minutes after the food. And we never received biscuits or cornbread as promised. Obviously the check did not reflect any of this. I think some training would definitely be an order. I believe He also had two or three stars on his apron which makes me think that he should have been trained better than this.

I’ve enjoyed my last few visits here. However, I noticed the last time they charged us .49¢ extra for ordering our hash browns plan. I wish I didn’t have to pay extra for having allergies and already being limited on the foods I could eat. Besides that the service is great, the store and restrooms are clean, and there is plenty of items in there that piqued my interest.

I had chicken and dumplings which was great. And I got there new loaded sweet potato which I love .. I have to change my review a few months ago it was great but after today I have to say I won't be going back services was slow and they wasn't they busy the food wasn't that great the portions wasn't enough to feed a child. Very disappointed especially after driving 45 minutes to get there.

Was here with my parents for my birthday dinner. We each got the country fried steak.We waited well over an hour for our meals and the sides came out cold and the steaks well over cooked,burnt and tough. We let our server know after she came back 20 minutes later to check on us. My parents ate theirs for they are diabetic and needed to eat and I did not. We were asked if we wanted to talk to the manager but was that gonna take another hour. So disappointed.I come from Michigan to visit and this is my favorite place to come while I’m here.Never saw a manager on the floor to check on your customers.I work at Applebee’s and the managers are always on the dining room floor to take care of any situations that may arise.Managers are always involved in customer complaints.Manager should have been on the floor apologizing to customers for the long times and offer something for the inconvenience.I get your short handed and to go orders kill the kitchen but you have to take care of the customers in your dining room.My meal should have been comped and asked if their was anything else I may want. The server should have offered that and had the manager talk to the table without asking me if I wanted to talk to a manager. Didn’t want to wait another hour for them to appear so we paid our bill and left . The time in the bill when we paid was 758pm.
