Pinkberry

I found ourselves at this Pinkberry after having a craving for frozen yogurt on a Sat night. The quality of the ingredients were consistent. I experienced both a clean space, as well as fresh toppings to choose from. The store itself and the experience was great, but tried to come back a different day and they were closed when they normally should of been open. Visit this location for guaranteed good flavors, a clean environment, and welcoming staff but call before showing up to make sure they are not closed.

I was on my way to Smoothie King, after walking into stores to earn points for free gifts cards when, Sierra Young, a radiant young lady convinced me with the PinkBerry point system and insured me that their smoothies were much better!!! From her enthusiasm, I purchased 2 smoothies and earned 2 points from their program. The smoothies were very yummy. She gained a new loyal customer AND both gained a new friend!!!😁

I love Pinkberry and its yogurt. I was at first expected to order a mixed berry smoothie, but the woman who worked at the Pinkberry told me she had no milk to make. I had no choice but to order a pomegranate yogurt with raspberries on top because I tried a sample of it and I felt so extremely obsessed with it. I would love to go to any Pinkberry like this.

First I am not the type of person to put bad reviews so I was hesitating to write this one . I put 5 stars for the ice cream the original one is my favorite, but 1 stars to service . To be fare I put 4 Stars because the ice cream is amazing , but God they hire no smile people !!!! I go there very often usually around 5pm and on the last fourth time , I had 3 different girls but OMG they looked like robots !! I am an happy and smiling person and usually I always make smile others but there forget it .... terrible cold welcome each time ... before the smile was not that hard to get but wow I guess they do not really liked to be there and you can feel it . Surprise that not too many reviews mentioned it ....I do because smiling is very important specially when you work in a local area where you can have a lot of people coming back ... anyway fortunely the ice cream make me smile and happy :)
