Very relaxing environment/ambiance. The restaurant is designed to replicate Colombian residential architecture and it achieves it very well. It is usually a very popular spot on Sundays, where it is generally devoted to being with your family after get togethers or church. There is a wait time but its not felt as there many seats and you kill time chatting with family friends while waiting.
Once in, their Juice bar is outstanding and has great variety that you can choose from once seated. They have a very nice selection of typical Colombian appetizers & a simple but great menu. Just enough dishes and variety of meats to choose from while not making the menu overly complicated.
Once the order is in, sit down, look around at the designed motif & enjoy the time with your family that inspires family unity & before you know it (extremely fast) your food is served on your table, piping hot and ready to hit your palate for you take great delight in. Great,fresh Food;Great Service & Great ambiance!!! Check it out & let this little corner of Doral be your temporary visit to Colombia!!!!!
This is a very nice Colombian restaurant. I was impressed with the atmosphere, and service. The cuisine was very typical of the region of Antioca--- every dish had a banana and aguacate as default sides.
Good place to venture for a meal if not familiar with Colombian cuisine
Fantastic Service. It's pretty hard to find authentic great-tasting food and equally fantastic service in the single place especially down here in Miami where there so many options but my first experience was phenomenal. The server brought everything on time the food came properly cooked everything tastes delicious.
Mondongo's is fresh, fast, and delicious every time I visit! It just does not disappoint! Every item on the menu is a hit and the portions are large! Whenever I bring people with me, they are always impressed and satisfied. Definitely recommend the platters!

The restaurant's exterior exudes a pleasant ambiance, and as you step inside, you're met with a truly beautiful and inviting interior. Without a doubt, I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
Delicious food typical from Colombia. The mondongo soup was so good. It’s made with tripe and potato. Accompanied by some rice avocado and banana. The hot sauce was perfect. Recommend visiting for a good business meeting as they have a nice decor and scenery. The staff is also very good and attentive. The pricing is a little on the expensive side. But consider that for the environment, and authentic Colombian cuisine, it’s worth it. I can’t find this in Texas.

Good atmosphere and ambience as soon as you enter the restaurant. The hostess and waiters are very serviceable and make you feel welcome.
The food was flavorful. Their specialty is the Mondongo, which I ate and it was delicious. They provide rice, avocado and a banana with each mondongo serving. It was the first time that a banana was served with the mondongo, so I asked the waiter about it. She explained that the banana is to eat with the mondongo. I tasted it and it gave it a very good taste.

Other than driving down south and dealing with the traffic in the area I thought this place was pretty awesome my other half is Colombian and she told me I had to try it food was amazing Ambiance was amazing I must try
The food was good but not amazing! The service was great. The overall atmosphere is pleasant. What I really do like about this restaurant is that most dishes include several sides, as opposed to the traditional 2 sides.
