I ordered delivery from this location on Friday night. I had to call the location, because I needed to change the pizza in my Big Dinner Box. 3rd party answering service could not reach the restaurant staff, nearly half hour to get through. Naturally they were busy on Friday night, and by the time I was able to speak to them they had already made the pizza. They apologized, and sent a second medium pizza just how I'd asked, on the house. I will continue ordering from this pizza hut, confident in their committment to good service and good food.
Loved the pizza and the guy at the store was great! The good natured guy in the store made the wings that I didn't order and was supposed to! Thanks for a great pizza dinner!
The service here is impressive!
If you are looking for a classic American pizza experience, then Pizza Hut always seems like a great option.

I had an employee help me by the name of Kirstie! She was hands down the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of helping me!
She was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful, I’ve been to many many pizza huts in my life but I’ve never had the experience I had at this one! The food was amazing and super fresh, the staff was the nicest I’ve ever seen at a Pizza Hut in my life also!
If my business was big enough I would have been begging her to take a job with me due to just her customer service and attitude alone!!
Kirstie deserves a raise! I will be coming back to this location any time my family is craving Pizza Hut!! And for any and all of our future orders to Pizza Hut! The next time my extended family comes to town (we always get Pizza Hut) I will be driving out of the way for this location for a catering order just because of Kirstie!!
Also best quality pizza and wings I have ever EVER got from Pizza Hut hands down!

First time trying this location and couldn't be happier. The staff is great and the pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked! Will definitely be back again!
I'm not sure if this location is under new management but our experience last night was such a big improvement on how their service used to be. We placed a phone order with Michael and he was not only super friendly but he also honored a birthday reward from the app and wrote a birthday message on my breadsticks. Fantastic service and the food was EXACTLY how we ordered it for once LOL great job guys and Thank You, Michael!
Update 12/2022 - My experience yesterday was way better than expected! I believe there is a new manager since the last time I visited but the woman who was working last night 12/8 around 6pm was amazing. The lobby was full of pickups and orders kept coming in and she was working so fast in the kitchen while still attending to the customers in the lobby. Not only was she super fast and efficient, but she was VERY polite, professional, and super friendly! That is the type of experience that will bring me back to this location even if it's out of my way. Kudos to her!
I love this place cause it's so close to home but they always seem to forget items in my order. Bread sticks or wings. It's happened the last 2 times I've gone in to pick up my food. Cmon guys read the ticket!
I called in my order. Was told pizzas would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there in 25. Didn't have our cinnamon sticks ready and told me would be a other 10 minutes. Really? So came back in 10 minutes and got rung up. Wisely, I inspected the pizzas and found 1 only had 1 item, not the added pineapple. I advised her and she wanted me to wait ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. I asked "Can't you just give me the pineapple and I can add it at home? I've already had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the cinnamon sticks?"
She was like a deer in the headlights... the thought didn't even cross her mind?! NO APOLOGY @ all!? She gave me some pineapple, I paid and left.
4 stars as the pizza was good, wife was happy.
BUT .... CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE LEAVING!
