The food is consistent and a good product. What made this experience 5+ star worthy was their guest service. Rose went above and beyond! A huge order with short notice and they came through. Not only that, but when I realized I didn't order enough food and had to order more, Rose made sure to save the day again. Obviously, credit goes to the whole team, but I only talked to Rose. On Mother's Day, my restaurant staff was fed, all were happy, and the food energy came through in the clutch.
Love this location. I always stop here to grab a sandwich on my way out of the city. It's easy to get in and out of from the highway and they are super quick. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Had a request from my granddaughter for submarine sandwich. She had the beach club and enjoyed it very much. I had the tuna sub and it was wonderful too. They were generous with the veggies and didn't go crazy with the mayo. There was a good amount of provolone in both subs and the meats covered all the way to the ends of the bread. We both couldn't finish our sandwiches and had the rest the next day. The staff were very sweet and personable. They even took care to sell us a plain sub bread for my very picky eater and she loved it too. Thanks for a great experience!
The sandwiches were so good, made properly, and served with a big smile. I used to run a sandwich shop with my family and I have to say they come close to ours I just wish they would put a little bit more meat on their sandwiches. I also wish they would offer potato or macaroni salad as a side vs just chips or a pickle.
Went to Jimmy John's for the promotional $1 sub day on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Although there was a long line, it wasn't a long wait.
Well organized for so many customers and all the subs that they had to make. Everyone waiting was happy and the employees seemed happy.
We had six choices to choose from, all just $1 and each were about 10 inches long. I was impressed with the fresh roll. I liked the roll a lot better than you get at any of the competition. A bad roll makes for a bad sub, a good, fresh roll makes all the difference. I don't add all the extras so I basically just had ham, provolone cheese, mayo and lettuce so my photo doesn't look like much. Free toppings couod have been on there like tomato but I don't eat them.
I really think this promotion should bring them some new, loyal customers! GREAT JOB JIMMY JOHN'S!!
Ordered two unwich wraps (bootlegger and club lulu) for my boyfriend and I and they were absolutely delicious. We usually order them on the French bread but been trying to cut back on calories. I couldn't believe how delicious the unwich wraps were! I actually liked them better than the French bread versions. Took a little bit for delivery but it's a Friday night, wouldn't expect anything less. Thanks guys for a great dinner.
This Jimmy John's is very fast. I feel like I am always surprised when they show up because I always feel like I just ordered (even during lunch hours).
The building is kept clean and the staff always seems to be smiling.
My favorite sandwich is the Turkey Tom, their meat seems to always be fresh along with their bread.
You can buy just the bread for really cheap (or even cheaper if you get day-old bread).
When I am in the mood for a sub I never hesitate to come here because I know there will be no lines or hassle.
They accidentally switched my wife and my toppings on our delivery order. When I called they were very helpful and got my wife and I two new sandwiches in 15 minutes. Accidents happen, they did great to rectify the situation!
Like with all JJ's, they successfully turn 5 dollars worth of ingredients into a 40 dollar meal for 2. I know there's some kind of magic involved because I've never been so happy to pay it.
Always good food and quick service with a smile.
