I hadn’t visited Jamba Juice since before COVID. I did today. I received good customer service from the sole young lady there this morning. My only complaint is I tried the new impossible breakfast sandwich. It’s smaller than a White Castle but it costs 3.99. Should be priced much lower for the size. Not worth the current price. Thank you for continuing to enforce the mask requirement! Many of us appreciate your company doing your part to stop the spread!
I normally dont write reviews but I had to today. I went here this morning because my family and i are super sick and cant keep anything down, i thought a smoothie would work. I asked the employee if he suggested anything for someone who is really sick and having a hard time eating food. He went over all kinds of ingredients and the purpose to them, and what he can do to mask certain flavors if we dont want to taste them. Super knowledgable, helpful, and kind! I would totally come to this location again. And yes, the drinks can be pricey, but you pay for great quality! Whole fruits and veggies compared to ice cream at other establishments. I wish i could've read his nametag better- I think it was Brandon? You were awesome thanks for being so kind!
My boyfriend has Celiacs, and one of the workers that work there (Paras) is always so great to us about it!! It's so hard for us to find places like this that actually understand allergies and take care of their customers. Thanks for being so great!!
The young lady at the counter super sweet told her I wanted different drink she said OK the manger Cece it said on her name tag was super freindly and kind place was so clean I go now once a week.
Needed my order fast, so i called ahead. Went in and was all done within 5 minutes of calling! Devjon was super fast and told me about a promo that would benefit me. Great customer service!
This Jumba really blessed me when I made an Ofer on line but I accidentally ordered it to a Goodyear, AZ Jumba instead of this one in Mesa, AZ. They were so kind to realize my mistake and made my order there after confirming with the app. I did make a courtesy call to the Jamba in Goodyear that I made a mistake and they completely understood. I love Jumba even more.
Nice place to get different juice options. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Never to long of a wait. Good alternative to a full lunch.
The service here was quick and the smoothie delicious. However, the customer service seemed fake and superficial. Not a bad location overall.
Staff was SOOO kind, my 2 year old dropped his smoothie and they cleaned it up and replaced it free of charge!
