Somehow at 39 years old I’ve never eaten here or any Jersey mikes location and it’s never even been on my radar, but I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately and wanted to finally try my hand here. I was specifically craving a Philly cheesesteak, and the guy behind the counter actually suggested it before I said what I wanted so I knew I was going down the right path. I added jalapeños, but other than that it was straight from the menu. It was cooked fresh in front of me, bread was lightly toasted and the white cheese melted in to every crack and crevice of the sandwich. I’ve had Philly cheese from Philly, and I have to say this made me equally happy. I’m legit shocked, how does such a great sandwich come from a chain restaurant? I 100% will come back for this again. For an even bigger bonus, the guy and two girls who were working were super nice and friendly. I added a picture, but let’s be honest-Philly cheeses don’t photograph well. But rest assured, it was an absolute perfect sandwich.
Perfect for what it is. Sandwich shop that gets you in and out with a tasty sandwich. The Italian is my favorite but their cheese steak sandwich is also great. Service here is always super friendly and everything is always fresh.
You go to Jersey Mike's for a Awesome Sub Sandwich!! You continue to go to Jerseys Mike's when the Employees are Friendly, Professional and Make a Great Sub!! I personally go to this location several times a week. The store is always clean, the staff is very professional and they treat their customers as family. I've been so many times I don't even have to order anymore, they just look at me and say "13 Tub" and I'm done. The owner of this location has 2 other locations in the Valley and they are Fantastic Too!!
I came into the shop about 30 minutes before they closed and was helped by a young man with dark curly hair and some diamond earrings. He was extremely polite, helpful, easy to talk to and made my sandwich perfectly. A big thank you to that kid for being nice and professional even though I came in late. He seems like a good person and we need more of those in the world. Thanks buddy.
This location is very clean and fast! Ryan was able to help accommodate my needs for a company catering event and made the experience seamless. His coworker Stephen was also very friendly and was able to work very quickly while welcoming his guests during the lunch rush. Great location!
A much needed addition to the Red Mountain area. I have been there 2x and sandwiches very consistent and delicious. Line out the door both times, so lots of time to watch the staff in action. Just an observation, the girl sandwich cutter/wrapper yawned (wide open mouth) with no hand over her mouth at least 10 times and kept whispering in the sandwich toppers ear the whole time I was in line. I was a little put out with that given I waited in line 35 minutes to get my sandwich. I know they are kids but they need to remember people watch everything thing they do with the open sandwich shop concept.
Pulled up at 5 min to 9pm. They locked the door and turned off the sign as we walked up. Many other businesses want my money. Bye Bye Jersey Mikes...
Called in my order with several changes to their names sandwiches with no problems, a pleasant conversation when ordering with recap of my exact orders. Upon arrival to pickup my order I was recognized right away, from the other person behind the counter when I stated who I was, that person left the lady feeling me know which order wad bummer; i like that they paid attention to my order AND me. I want to say her name was Amanda but I'm not sure :( Also, it was a Friday night just before 9 so that says a lot!!
Per my agreement with the awesome staff, can confidently say this Jersey Mikes wraps a better burrito than Chipotle
They were super busy & messed up the size on my order. When I brought it to there attention I simply asked to just have the other half made that I paid for. Because it was a hot sandwich he refused to do that and instead made me a whole new one so it would be hot!! Its pricey but worth it!
