This place is amazing. The food is good, but on top of that, the staff are fabulous!! They treat you like family. The hostesses at the front are always so friendly. Luis and Peyton are the best and really make sure you are taken care of. Caroline and Travis are managers and make you feel at home. We frequent this location and highly recommend it here.
First time eating here and was greeted and told 15 minutes wait nope was more like only 3 minutes. Once seated, a phenomenal waitress named Sabrina assisted us. We ordered what was probably the best raspberry Arnold Palmer I have ever had. The chips and salsa were good. Ordered the burro with green sauce and cheese enchilada combo. The wife ordered a tostada and taco, both meals came with rice and beans. Food was great in flavor and spice and very plentiful. All in all was very pleased with the atmosphere, customer service and food. We will be back to try other menu items.
My mother and I went to grab dinner on Saturday night and had the most outstanding service I have ever received. Our server Kevin did an amazing job and took very good care of us, recommended us some of his favorite meals, kept the chips salsa and bean dip coming and didn’t let our drinks run low! Super attentive, would highly recommend this restaurant.
First time visit & I went with a group of 10 other ladies. The restaurant does not take reservations for groups but if you go when the doors open, they have an area at the back that is convertible to accommodate a large group.
Our server is very familiar with this group of ladies as they are frequently there for lunch. Because of the familiarity the drinks and food orders were quick, efficient & done with happy greetings.
Since I was the only one who was a "first timer" I must say I was impressed by it all, and I will not hesitate to return on my own or with these ladies.

I’ve been coming to Serranos for quite some time. However the only things we love are the fried tacos with shredded beef or shredded chicken. The outside taco shell is delicious and if you combine it with the complimentary bean dip and salsa it is the perfect meal! Go during taco Tuesday when it’s cheaper. Seriously can’t get tacos like this anywhere else. That’s why we still come to it Serranos.

Hubby and I went there for date night, we got seated right away in a booth like we requested. Right away a waitress came to take our order and get us some drinks, we ordered an appetizer which dang near filled us up it was so big!!!! Hubby ordered enchiladas and I ordered a chicken tostada, BOTH were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Service was prompt and our waitress was very pleasant, atmosphere was very relaxed. Will definitely go there again!!!!
Serrano's sat 18 of us last night in the long room on East side and everyone of us was served a very good meal in a very reasonable period of time. The salsa and bean dip is so good with chips. Great job!
